My frustration level is 100! I am the advocate for the seniors in my life, and I can tell you dealing with corps for their services is disgusting and I am an able-bodied #tech savvy person. How are #seniors supposed to get support? @walmart @FreedomMobile

@FreedomMobile If only you would assist your current customers instead of tweeting my advice is to Pay a bit more and go with a different company. This company has yet to assist me. Not once. Not ever. I literally beg for service

@Fidomobile @FidoSolutions has became the worst service provider. They offered me a good deal for the phone after i port in with @FreedomMobile for the same but they don’t have time to implement the same offer even after a week. Customer service centre needs a lot of improvement

@freedomsupport Is the “Freedom” network down? I can’t get a connection at all, phone will occasionally connect to “Nationwide”, but I don’t particularly want to be roaming. Don’t see an option on the website or in the app to check for service outages.
