Megan Smith (@mmcksmith) reported@freedomsupport You lot can write me a cheque for all I care. You don't get to hold my money paid in good faith for services you apparently cannot provide. The simple thing would have been to just give me a working QR code or put my LG G4 back on the network. Instead we're here.

Megan Smith (@mmcksmith) reported@freedomsupport and now I apparently can't get my $231.78 credit back! How wonderful! First I can't get a running phone when I'm a customer in good standing without jumping through hoops and now this. This is about the customer service I'm coming to expect.
