    @FreedomMobile I have to say I went to upgrade my phone at your South Surrey BC location on the weekend and it smelled so terrible in there I couldn’t even stay in the store and had to leave. I don’t know if it was a customer or an employee, but the smell was absolutely atrocious.

    @FreedomMobile I’ve been trying to get in touch with your customer service team for 2 days now with no luck. All 5 times I’ve been on hold for more than 30 minutes. No agents available on WhatsApp either. I’m having issues with my home internet and need technical support.

    @FreedomMobile is a complete garbage service and I will disconnect all 3 accounts ASAP. I keep getting with the prepaid accounts and I hear is because we have some defect! My son ended up without the service in a dangerous situation because of your defect. There you have it!
