Dear @FreedomMobile I might have to cancel my plan with you guys. I get no data reception at my workplace. (130 Bloor St. Toronto) Can this be remedied before I have to cut my service and switch?

@freedomsupport I have spoken on the phone no less than a dozen times since December to people at Freedom and not one of them has been able to do anything. Yet. They all say they want to help but are powerless to act. How am I to believe you are going to be able to do any better?

Hi @freedomsupport I’m permanently moving from Canada to UAE (Dubai). And I want to keep my mobile phone number for 2FA etc. I’ve been told your $99 prepaid plan would be an interesting option. If I transferred to it, would my phone work in UAE (or do you have network partners)?

@freedomsupport Ah ok, as AT&T wasn't even an option and T-mobile was who I was having issues with. They must have some serious gaps in their coverage in Niagara Falls New York then as I shouldn't have this much trouble with a Samsung 20+ with 5g enabled or turned down to LTE.

@FreedomMobile .. the worst phone provider ever. Customer service is atrocious. Been with them for 2 years, had the same problem of loosing service over and over. They have not even gave me 1 cent compensation, even with the records showing I called multiple times with issues.

@freedomsupport The issue is that Freedom Mobile blocks anonymous calls. That should not be happening. It limits my ability to receive calls as not all "Private Number" calls are spam; people have the right to their privacy when sharing personal information, like their phone number.
