  @freedomsupport is there an issue with mobile data? I have seem to have lost mine? I can call and text but no mobile data.

  @francescsr @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile They use to have an online chat which was AMAZING! now everything is outsourced, none of their chat options work & the agents have all been extremely rude & unhelpful

  @ashley_hynd @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile We gave up on Freedom bec outside of cities their coverage is patchy or non existent. We switched to Koodo as they have great service coverage although GBs used are capped so there’s sometimes extra fees, like $5.00.
