    @FreedomMobile - impossible to reach on phone, WhatsApp and chat. Disconnected my line with no explaination and waiting for more than 2 hours with someone else’s phone. I don’t know how think someone can reach the support line using others phone for two hours.

    @FreedomMobile you just lost an internet and TV customer through a combination of employee incompetence and a deficient infrastructure piggyback business model. I gave you guys 8 months but its clear hybrid workers can't rely on your business and service model. 👋🏻

    @FreedomMobile just ended the call with Aya c10480. After 2h, still got scummed by your company. Never again! No more talks! Folks - do not sign with FreedomMobile especially the prepaid services.
