    When your outsourced phone support is so bad that the mere phone upgrade becomes an closed loop of phone support telling to contact chat support and then chat tells to phone, the path of lowest resistance is to switch to a new carrier who has their **** together. @FreedomMobile

    @freedomsupport My network never works properly. I always have issues sending and receiving text messages. I’m getting really sick and tired of it.
