@freedomsupport Why did you wait almost 5 hours to report an update? You could have probably avoided thousands of calls to your technical department.....I was in Scarborough and all the way to Hamilton and the service is down since 9am.

Freedom mobile data is about as slow as trying to hook up a 56k modem to a wifi router (somehow), then going as far away as you can go while still being connected, and watching a 16k youtube video on 5 different devices. #freedommobile #funny

@freedomsupport Time to leave freedom mobile I guess. No way to run a business using freedom mobile as the carrier. No compensation or nothing. Absolutely horrible.

  • TravelEatAwe RHO (@TravelEatAwe) reported

@freedomsupport A lot of song and dance. I’ll wait to see any results. The runaround just to get basic service from @FreedomMobile is ridiculous.

  • CostaLariva gi_gi (@CostaLariva) reported

@FreedomMobile you guys have no customer service. You have been charging my husband 198$ a month for a plan that was supposed to be $65. Because the person that activated the line forgot to add the long distance. We have called twice and they are still charging for long distance.

@freedomsupport Hey there, J.L.! Read again. ⬆︎ I wasn't talking about your website, but your app. Aside from shutting down & restarting my phone (which I did, three times, with the same result on both cell & wifi networks), what would you suggest?

  • Zorak_Moltar Lol (@Zorak_Moltar) reported

So done with @FreedomMobile. Worst coverage in Canada,by FAR. Literally can't WAIT to switch back to @TELUS.

  • Gabriel_gko Gabriel (@Gabriel_gko) reported

@freedomsupport Data was down for 5-6 hours today for me. It’s still down, but I’m home now and use Wi-Fi to text this. Tried calling 611 but after 45 min of wait time I gave up… I need data for my weekend gig work. Please fix asap

  • FlipFlapp 187 Proof (@FlipFlapp) reported

@Gabriel_gko @freedomsupport I'm using my Roger's network work phone, honestly I hate to say it but Roger's is very stable and the price difference is getting more and more equal...
