  @freedomsupport Totally scam! The sales told my current number could be ported over, so I paid and am using your service. But now the porting team told me the porting can't be done. Only solution is to have a new number. Kidding? I need my money back.

  @FreedomMobile I heard people say Freedom Mobile is is an awful phone company and I didn’t listen. Take my advice think twice about going to this company. These people don’t even know what people are going through in this hardship time to do something like this is so messed up.

  @freedomsupport no surprise that ive been on hold with @FreedomMobile for 4 hours as some sort of ploy to prevent me from cancelling my number with them... filing a complaint with the commissions of complaints for telecom services
