Hey @TELUS why does the power outage affect your customers more than @Rogers and @FreedomMobile ? Same area, similar reception because of the tower being shared between you two. I have all 3 in my house and only Telus lines are struggling.

Going to have to leave @FreedomMobile if I continue to provide a delivery service for customers. No signal in many places, or I ended up roaming just like back in the day! I lose so much time struggling to find signal.

@freedomsupport I did 3 times already and it was all the same terrible experience. All 3 agents told me I can’t schedule an internet move to a new address in advanced even though I’ve done it twice recently and I have the chat history to prove it. It makes no sense.

I have 3 friends from Ukraine in #YQL, as they work towards ESL & finding employment, they need reliable phone plans. @FreedomMobile has a pre-paid plan, talk,text,2g/mo, at $99/6 mo. As they don't currently have funds, if you'd like to help them out, send me a message!

@freedomsupport I shouldn't still be going into roaming service within Burnaby/ SFU areas, especially since you've been under Shaw for a few years now. Service signal completely gets cut off when in high level apartments. I've been a customer since the beginning, and it's the same then and now.
