    @freedomsupport I've gotten this resolved to satisfaction. With that said, please make sure your people are more deliberate about mentioning these fees - I did ask over 6 hours of CS calls and 2 months trying to track this down what the complete price of the phone would be, and no mention of it

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

    @freedomsupport I did fortunately track one down. However, I have another question - I was told, even as a 7y+ customer at this point, that when I went to get it, there was a $30 connection fee. Care to explain what I'm paying you to connect? You handed me a device. I even have to put in the sim

    @FreedomMobile @SamsungCanada Breaking Bad.

    @adifood1234 @freedomsupport Freedomes home network is great, I just used all my data so I wanted to use the 1GB of roaming I get with them. Its just they change the names of the network (Telus Rogers etc…) to Nationwide so you have no idea which one your connecting too. Only 1 of them works. Or it should

    @FreedomMobile @SamsungCanada Breaking Bad. But just finished season 1. It's so binge-worthy

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

    @freedomsupport - your marketing makes absolutely no effort to mention this fee, in spite of falsely touting "absolute zero" upfront and over 2y - if it's a mandatory fee it's part of the damn price - when in the hell did it become acceptable to *charge* someone to offer you their business? 3/4

  • iamgroot11 Dallas Groot (@iamgroot11) reported

    So I spoke to a @freedomsupport technical suport specialist on the phone yesterday telling me I can’t use the nationwide network inside of a homezone, when ever did this policy change? It worked 2 months ago and the month before that when I tried it just fine.

  • ArcticEidolon Jimbob Jones (@ArcticEidolon) reported

    @freedomsupport I wouldn't particularly mind if your online sales channels weren't so ***-backwards, I've spent hours on this now, and the *SOLE* reason I *HAD* to go to a store to get it rigged up is because nobody can tell me a damn thing about when or if or how you get stock!

    @clpolk @freedomsupport Mine's been that way for about a year. @googlefi has no support infrastructure that I can tell, doesn't answer emails, and is basically useless. I'm looking for a new carrier.

    @dane_clark @freedomsupport That is really, really interesting. The Mr is on Public and I am with Rogers. I am going to look into this tomorrow. A lot of people complaining were sharing screen shots of cell phones. I wonder if land lines have the same problem. Thank you for this!
