@FreedomMobile Please don’t order your phone with freedom, i happened to order one today and wanted to cancel it but they refused to cancel the order n pay the money back! Thy wanted to me to wait until the device is delivered n return it to the store to gt the refund.

@sqwabb @FreedomMobile Sadly, I can’t relate to your experience since I have the privilege to not depend on free WiFi. Maybe iOS is more strict than Android and thus more fussy on bad networks. But I can tell you that the hardware inside the iPad is better.

@freedomsupport you have the worst horrible customer service. I had spent over 3 hours even talking to your supervisor on live chat about my phone bill but you can’t help me at all. I had been direct over and over. I’m never recommend my friends and family to you guys ever again
