    @FreedomMobile Left with my poor girl in tears after being screwed by the rude store rep trying to scam us lying about everything and shouting. Her current plan got screwed and her protection plan on her current phone removed which he said he can’t do anything about to put back after cancel..

    @freedomsupport Okay. And then the only other issue I may run into is when I switched I switched to one of these company’s that add you to a business plan kinda weird thing. I don’t know how it works. If I get them to give me the account number I should be able to port back my number I assume

    I’ve been on multiple calls with @FreedomMobile and when one rep can’t solve the problem they literally hang up on me in order to push the problem on someone else when I call back

    @freedomsupport Hi there , I am going to buy Samsung S20 and galaxy buds +. One store in Brampton are giving galaxy buds+ for$50( but they don’t have Samsung s20) . Other store are having Samsung s20. But they are giving buds+ for $100. How is that possible. Can you help me getting right price

    @FreedomMobile I am extremely disappointed in how horribly I was treated by one of your store managers and several of your “customer service” reps. It took a CRTC complaint and hours of time to reach an acceptable resolution. I will NEVER recommend Freedom to anybody
