    @FreedomMobile So THAT'S how you treat customers that have been with you since WIND days. Having supervisors HANG UP the phone when dealing with an issue. I WILL be taking my services elsewhere. You just lost a customer!!!!

    @freedomsupport hey on the road in Kelowna. My phone only works on wifi and says emergency calls only. Wife's is also acting up. Is there a network outage?

    @freedomsupport I have had no cell phone service in the trenton ontario area for most of the afternoon and evening. Is Freedom service down?
