    @freedomsupport Or ask Customer Service how many calls they have received concerning processes errors. Have IT look into it. Stop insulting customers by saying the bank has declined their card.

    @FreedomMobile was on prepaid plan, paid no problem monthly, same credit card use every day. You disconnected service for 4 days without warning. Pushed into postpaid plan & to change my number, billed 45$ activation fee and extra 50$ for postpaid plan that you pushed to prepay.

    @freedomsupport Can I permanently delete/get rid of voicmail? I never use it, all voicmail does is make me angry that a have to listen to voicmail to get rid of notification.

    Y'all have a number for retention?? I'd love to speak to them about my price that shot up this past month b/c my discounts ended :( I don't wanna leave cause i love u guys, but i don't wanna pay the craziness y'all asking for. i'm sorry but this white man poor.😢 @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile I have enjoyed your service for years….until now that is. Stop telling me my credit card is not valid! My bank says otherwise. A google search shows many customers with same issue. The issue is your payment system not the credit cards #freedommobile
