    @freedomsupport And as I said the reasons you gave me for there being a problem while being on day 3 of not being able to send outgoing text messages were unacceptable and impossible. Tech support would rather blame the end user than admit that your system messed up. So again I'm glad to go.

    @FreedomMobile Why don't you offer online service and shopping to new customers? it's much more convenient than having to go down to a store.

    @freedomsupport other option to reach freedom mobile customer care ? Phone line is supspended. Does not have access to landline 📞 how to reach out for reasonable solution ? Of 2 year cancelled tab plan ? I am not with any other carrier

    @freedomsupport Yeah, it doesn't sound like you value good customers when you don't offer good customers anything at all for being a good customer. We can say what we want about the big 3 telecom companies, but at least with them the experience improves by being a good customer.
