    @FreedomMobile I canceled the contract via chat in November, but the bill for December has just arrived. Freedom Mobile is the worst because the staff is sloppy. And I'm not in Canada anymore.crazy

    @freedomsupport hey there. Are there any issue with the service? People calling me are saying that they get "this number is not in service" messages some times when they call me today.

    @freedomsupport why do you restrict the characters I can use in my password for your account? makes it harder to use a password manager and generate complex passwords. Poor practise, contrary to what every security expert recommends.

    @freedomsupport I All I do is explain to different Freedom employees but no resolution. It is exhausting explaining it over and over again. I would like a phone call from someone who can actually resolve things.

    @FreedomMobile @FreedomSupport I have been trying to order SIM card through your online portal for 3 days!! But your agent is unable to order it. I’m afraid if this is the time it takes to order a SIM, what would it take if there are any issues with my connection in future?

    Well @FreedomMobile messaged me to help which I thought was great until I’m getting the same results as before. So avoid using them if you can.

    @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport I may not have a lot of followers on Twitter...I don't care. Your support is horrid and your supervisors have no customer service skills..at all...and management is a no show.
