Lav Gupta (@lavgupta) reported@canadapostcorp @canadaposthelps freedom mobile customer service is claiming that you are currently taking 12 weeks to deliver mails. They send me a refund cheque on 21st Dec and it is yet to be delivered. Can you guys please clarify this? @FreedomMobile

They got your SMS Port Out request, but sent from 45537, a Canada Short Code - the reply will never reach you. The Toll Free # alternate is Canada-only. We suggest using a local # for both instead.
