@freedomsupport This needs to be promoted more. I thought Freedom had horrible coverage and was going to switch back to Rogers until I set this up. It's been great now.

@freedomsupport They have, multiple times. It is clear that your Port Out process does not consider customers who wish to Port Out but are not physically in Canada at the time they submit their request. Despite calls and chats by your customer, multiple Port Out requests have been rejected by FM

@freedomsupport From June 2020 I’m not living in Canada. I have called several times to cancel my plan. And you still discount money from my credit card. I need help.

Hi @freedomsupport Our mutual customer is Porting to us. The customer left Canada. They got your SMS Port Out request, but sent from 45537, a Canada Short Code - the reply will never reach you. The Toll Free # alternate is Canada-only. We suggest using a local # for both instead.

@FreedomMobile Pretty upset that I was called a liar from your employees when I have proof of the issue. I also have the conversation from your employee on my phone. Is this how you treat everyone who has an issue?
