    @FreedomMobile I’ve had a 5G capable iPhone for over a month now and still no idea of when Freedom will provide the service. Should I just go back to @Bell? Please don’t send me a link to an old page on your site that’s been promising 5G for years. Give your customers a date.

    @freedomsupport Your network is down in Alliston ontario since yesterday. Cant even call you cause the cells dont work.

    @freedomsupport I upgrade my phone on November 27th and today is Dec 27th and still waiting for my phone to arrived. Freedom passing the buck saying they did their job and ship the phone so It is my problem now to deal with Fedex. I didn't order the phone from Fedex .

    @FreedomMobile Don’t let them trick you with a free phone or a large data plan. I can’t even open a webpage from a lot of locations in Ottawa I can send you the speed test results. And when you call the call centre they say if it is more than 1mbits, it is within the service agreement.

    @freedomsupport Ok so let me tell you before you ask. I have an iphone 11, with the latest FW. Yes I resetted the network settings a couple of times. This is an ongoing problem for two months not happening only now. I have 17Gb left for this month.

    @FreedomMobile Been with you people since 2016. WORST experience EVER today. Parent company SHAW mobile is 50% cheaper yet shopping cart stuck on a loop with messenger. Idiots! #helloRogers #helloBell
