This Is a Collective (@thiscollective) reported. @FreedomMobile - your TV app update has failed. I would at the least expect the company to email users to say - 'its broken'. So essentially I am paying for a service that I can't use until you fix it.

This Is a Collective (@thiscollective) reported. @FreedomMobile - You leave your support people in a bad position - essentially BS-ing your customers through 'tests' knowing full well it's broken. DO BETTER!

Ryan John White. (@RyanCanadian) reported@FreedomMobile Went to Fido they took the time to explain everything, found the right provider for me, out of 3 carriers & went with Rogers, didn't need auto pay, got 100gb of data, better service, & walked out the store with a brand new Pixel 10 with no cost up front. That's how you do it.
