@AndreTheGeek @freedomsupport The lengths they're going to to misleadingly make it sound like you can use your plan normally are sort of insane. I'll tell you what they're refusing to here: You get an insultingly small amount of data when you're off their network, and you're screwed if you go over. Stay away!

@freedomsupport @samicoteli If everyone is telling you it's broken, IT'S NOT US. The fact that it works for you doesn't mean everyone's cache and cookies need clearing. Is this how your mobile support works? FAIL.

@freedomsupport @Ani1u7 Yah - a page you've never been to before fails because of your cache. LOL. And Clearing your cookies loses every auto-logon to every site - because some social media guy thinks cookies can cause a 404 error.

@freedomsupport just spent 45 min via text support but getting passed around by 3 different reps already - each time they ask the same questions - I have an account with you, I want to add a new line, I want to give you business, why are you making this so hard for me!?

.@freedomsupport PLEASE let your customers disable the forced connections to the awful ShawPasspoint hotspots. In a big city it makes walking around with your phone annoying and unusable. I've been with Freedom for two years and happy other than this. It will make me leave :(

@freedomsupport My statement stands. Your responses are arrogant. I could not imagine dealing with such a company. You actually think our caches could be the culprit…don’t think you understand caches. More likely you have a DNS propagation issue. Your end.

@freedomsupport fix your authentication process on your absolutely horribly designed mobile site. Trying to help my mother with her account and EVERY TIME I log in I have to authorize my browser. Every. Time. This is absolutely ridiculous.

@freedomsupport Nothing you can fix. I know Freedom is just competing for their own seat at the table of the Telecom oligopoly, but lately you’ve made absolutely zero efforts to improve your service, and your plans no longer compete with any of the 6 other companies offering big gig and 5G.
