@freedomsupport @OfficeGuru247 The only issue with freedom is safety. I work in an industrial zone. If a huge machine falls on me and I have to send my last text before I die, freedom cannot be trusted to deliver. Very unsafe.

@FreedomMobile fFreedom doesn’t allow you to take advantages of new offers unless you terminate your present contract , lose funds and start all over. Not great business model and poor customer care team in the Philippines.

@FreedomMobile you have a very poorly trained customer service team. Spent an hr rudely arguing with me about a service that I paid for & contradicted the terms written on the website. Had to spell it out that taking my $ & not giving me the service as per the terms is illegal.

@freedomsupport Ok. Well my service still says roaming and has all day. I have been all over the south and east sides of Peterborough today, so I'm just letting you know this is a problem

@freedomsupport That doesn’t work when it’s a school day problem (kids get around school Wi-Fi restrictions by hotspotting from their phone to their laptops—still working on stopping his iPhone from doing it)
