    @CRTCeng Why are you allowing networks like @FreedomMobile to charge connection fees to customers who are already on the network? They are just switching devices and aren't being connected to a damn thing. This should be treated as fraud.

    @freedomsupport First I was told it would take 24 to 48 hours, then 72 hours, then five days to unlock a #cellphone. Now you’re telling me to try another cell phone provider’s SIM card. All to do the simplest customer service. Can’t wait to hear your 3rd solution. @FreedomMobile @freedomsupport

    @freedomsupport I’d love you to give me a solution not an excuse via DM. Unlocking a cell phone should not be this hard. That you make it this difficult makes me wonder what kind of game you’re running. Please give me a solution via DM. @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile

    @FreedomMobile I'm returning my new phone tomorrow, unopened. Charging a "connection fee" when I am already a customer is outrageous. You aren't connected squat when I'm already on the network. The $2000+ and $90+ per month isn't enough? Time to find a new network.

    @freedomsupport tried to upgrade my phones over the phone tonight and had The. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I don't know how this is allowed when in store your staff are so sweet. Considering canceling
