    @ride_rd @FreedomMobile Good to know. I switched to Public Mobile a month ago and have been very happy with it so far, despite it being a 3G network. half the price of Telus too.

    I highly recommend EVERYONE Stay away from @FreedomMobile no customer services no help no nothing just pay them is all they care about #cancelservies other companies out there that respect the customers

    @freedomsupport I bought a phone outright from a Freedom store, without a connection. And now Freedom is trying their best to not unlock that phone. Have spoken to atleast 5 cust. care reps and everyone gives a different solution which were proven wrong later. -1/2

    Hi @FreedomMobile, yesterday I purchased a 6mth prepaid plan and just today learned that your network doesn't cover even the very urban neighborhood of Steveston in Richmond, BC. Is it possible that there is no cancellation/refund available?

    @FreedomMobile worst carrier of canada. I ported my number to freedom. No network even in Vancouver. it is one of the major city in the world. Go to surrey again same problem no network even in the centre of the city. It was worst decision of my life to port my sim to freedom.

    @freedomsupport does freedom take network issue reports anymore? There's a very annoying problematic area in the middle of Vancouver that's persisted for years.

    @freedomsupport How about - one of your agent makes a mistake on a customer account and you make the customer pay for it for 3 months, and on top of that you refuse to issue refund? @FreedomMobile
