walterlow (@walterlow) reported@FreedomMobile the easiest thing to do on a website, should be to update your credit card for billing. Extremely unhelpful when the instructions from support are wrong. Then you end up in the hell of customer support and there is no effective way to communicate your frustration.

winging it (@RN_winging_it) reported@FreedomMobile My cell phone service is abominable with Freedom. Sometimes doesn't end up on the 'Home' network and no data ever works on 'Away' despite this being in my plan. Who has any suggestions on who I should switch to?
