    @freedomsupport Thanks! How long is the 'bonus' offer included? Less than 10-15Gb doesn't work for me so is it the duration of the 2yr agreement? Looking to replace the phone as well. TY

    @freedomsupport Trying to upgrade my device aince yesterday and all am hearing is different statements from different associates of yours!!! All being contradictory. No one would want such kind of customer service !!

    I just woke up one morning with my service disconnected. And not knowing why. Countless hours of confusion, stress, and frustration and not even apology or admission of error on their part. It would have been nice to at least receive a credit for my trouble. @freedommobile

    @FreedomMobile so, I get a message that I'm due for a hardware upgrade, I jumped thru all the hoops only to find out that I have to find a store that remains open,has the phone I want, during a pandemic when we are supposed to stay home??? Not going to be a customer much longer!

    @FreedomMobile Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced had. I regret signing up with them and it hasn’t even been 3 weeks. I have spent countless hours with no help. #worstcustomerservice

    @freedomsupport I have been having multiple unsuccessful interactions with customer service. They are unable to explain why Freedom Mobile is not processing payments at this time. Please provide a response. I do not want to DM anymore. It's unproductive.
