    @FreedomMobile just was on hold to speak with a specialist and they dropped my call and no one returned my call? I am a customer and you expect me to callback to wait in queue again. Horrible

    God damn it, @FreedomMobile added a 45 DOLLAR FEE for getting a new phone with a more current plan, very scummy to find this out with my new $$$ bill. If I wanted a 95$ phone bill I'd have used a different carrier

    Dear @FreedomMobile , Your customer service is horrible aswell as your network..the employees behind the counter are completely useless,NEVER any help to me ..i have had enough,im going to another carrier tomorrow..GOOD RIDDANCE TO YOU FREEDOM!

    @freedomsupport @OfficeGuru247 The only issue with freedom is safety. I work in an industrial zone. If a huge machine falls on me and I have to send my last text before I die, freedom cannot be trusted to deliver. Very unsafe.

    @FreedomMobile Congrats on losing a customer with two lines for the worst customer service and predatory billing I think I have ever seen. Not that I think the @CRTCeng will actually do anything, but I have lodged a complaint.
