    @freedomsupport Hahaha that’s all you can say? 😒 I don’t have Wi-Fi at work. How about offering better service so I don’t have to keep my LTE antenna off all the time or so I don’t lose signal when I’m at the mouth of the Etobicoke creek, which is in Toronto in case you didn’t know.

    @FreedomMobile Am I able to cancel the service with you and get a refund? I am trying to use my data when I’m travelling but your service keeps saying “Nation Wide” and the data speed isn’t good. Help me get a refund and maybe in the future I’ll come back to freedom. I am gonna cancel next mont

    @FreedomMobile what is going on with your customer service? Been trying to upgrade my device with you and was told I’d get a call back (two days ago)…do you not want me as a customer?

    Does anyone else find that the @FreedomMobile page is utter garbage and won't ever load properly? I find it terribly annoying. Trying to look at their phones and what not but even when I log in with the app it refuses to load.

    Switched from @FreedomMobile to @koodo because freedom doesn't have service in small towns and was cheaper at koodo for more data, just to realize I barely have service in Peterborough which seems to be a pretty big city 🤨 one bar and finicky data is pretty ******.
