@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile so I would be new to freedom. Do I have to be in person to active a brand new account? Toronto is going into lock down by Monday.

@freedomsupport are there network issues? I haven’t been able to get data for hours in Toronto and I don’t think the issue is with my phone since I’m able to get up on Bell (dual SIM) just fine.

@freedomsupport Worst experience of my life getting this carrier, no one is willing to help you out there, tell your problem to agent and asking us to hold and disconnect.. Seriously! Care for your customer is that what you need to be in Business.. Hope anyone is willing to help

@freedomsupport so I should change my phone number every time these scammers randomly choose mine to spoof? That's a lot of expense and hassle to not-fix something that you guys should be preventing.

@freedomsupport your credit check system is completely broken. Tried to become a customer and was denied. I have good credit and pay all bill on time. I can get a 5k credit card but not a phone plan lol Maybe its a blessing I wasn't able to sign up with you @FreedomMobile
