@FreedomMobile Just got off the phone with the 7th call agent. No compassion for my situation. Was told that I need to pay. They said I used 2gigs of data in the span of 4-5hrs and that cost me $900+. I need HELP!

@FreedomMobile I came to Jamaica on January 15 because my granddad passed away. I activated the Freedom Big Gig Roam Extra South (unlimited call/text and 1 gig data) for $64. after 3 days my service was suspended and im told I have a balance of $900+ bcuz I went over the 1 gig! Which I did not

Absolute shambles @FreedomMobile services. Initially I was told of getting the new member fee waived off, and hence decided to change to freedom. But now, 2 months in, the fee has not been waived off and customer service providers say that it’s not written on my contract.#Shame

@freedomsupport Last time I talked to the royalty department who offered me $30 plan with 3 gb data and unlimited talk and text switching from prepaid to postpaid.. then suddenly during my billing cycle the phone line is not working and found out it is still prepaid.

@freedomsupport Well, for starters - your whatsapp support it's ridiculous. Don't even think you're trying on that one.. I've bought roaming packages without being able to actually use them? I think I spent 90$ on an international 10 day package and missed an entire day cuz it didn't work

@FreedomMobile how is it that a team lead, who never missed a shift, was never late, gave sufficient notice before leaving your company would be denied an opportunity to join back as a part time sales associate? Just curious as to how your human resources does their thing.
