@freedomsupport not urgent, but my data says roaming. I'm at home on wifi, but I live in a city with solid coverage. I scanned manually for networks and I see 3 'away' options. Are the internet towers down in peterborough?

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile 2 Year contract with Freedom is ending. I have been suffering with 1 bar of service downtown Toronto (Cityplace). Do you have any plans of improving service for this area at all? I get dropped/missed calls with VOLTE and wifi support.

@FreedomMobile hey! I have taken a new number today around 5pm, however it’s not working, says my account on hold due to low balance. I paid for full 1yr upfront, this is not a good start…..

@freedomsupport Having it on or off while rebooting the phone makes no difference during the reboot process , turning it on and off itself is what refreshes the search to connect to the tower , which is also done once the phone reboots itself . This also doesn’t clear the network settings 😴
