    @FreedomMobile Can someone give me a call to refund my money as freedom never provided the services to me properly? I have been told that you port the number to the other company, so we can't refund? 5 months, 5+ tickets with your team, no issue resolved.

  • pgib Patrick Gibson (@pgib) reported

    @FreedomMobile Congrats on losing a customer with two lines for the worst customer service and predatory billing I think I have ever seen. Not that I think the @CRTCeng will actually do anything, but I have lodged a complaint.

  • iammeetdave18 Meet Dave (@iammeetdave18) reported

    Do not buy any service with @FreedomMobile as I had bad experience with it and worst customer service. They lies to sell their services and now not giving my refund.

  • ride_rd Cathy Richards (@ride_rd) reported

    Finally free from @FreedomMobile - inadequate coverage in BC Interior, free wifi doesn’t work without passwords, and tech supports fail multiple times including being suddenly disconnected from customer service twice in 1 day. Sorry that they can’t compete to help lower prices.

  • pseudandry12 Pseudandry 🐀 (@pseudandry12) reported

    God damn it, @FreedomMobile added a 45 DOLLAR FEE for getting a new phone with a more current plan, very scummy to find this out with my new $$$ bill. If I wanted a 95$ phone bill I'd have used a different carrier

  • stuincanada Stuart Payne (@stuincanada) reported

    @freedomsupport my phone indoor voice calls (2 bars signal) is intermittently breaking up in last few days. No change to phone or calling location. Is the extreme cold this week in Calgary SE a factor for telecoms equipment?

  • jimmysabraham Jimmy Skaria Abraham (@jimmysabraham) reported

    @freedomsupport ur customer service team are rude sometimes as if they don’t care about existing customers

  • SethPSM Seth (@SethPSM) reported

    @FreedomMobile has this insane ANNUAL plan now. Unlimited texting and calling with 50GB of high speed data for a year! For people not watching garbage on data hungry apps and just need a phone this is an insane deal for around 110$ Canadian bucks. #SuckItBigCanadaTelecoms

  • JasonHodgesTO HODGES™️ (@JasonHodgesTO) reported

    @freedomsupport I switched to a better service provider,thank you

  • advicepyro Denis Wong (@advicepyro) reported

    @freedomsupport recently signed up a phone for the yearly 50 GB plan. Question about texts: within Freedom’s network, can we text any number globally, including Canada? And on partner networks, it’s always 5 cents a message to text anyone globally and in Canada?
