@FreedomMobile what's with bait & switch customer service? The call center says one thing, & the store says another both trying to do everything not to honor what your agents promised. Even says on file but changed it on the fly so as not to give it. Smh @CCTS_CPRST @CRTCeng

@freedomsupport Did you read the part where I said my PERSONAL device? This is a nuisance. Maybe run this customer concern up the chains rather than automatically dismissing it with this response. Sigh.
