@freedomsupport Also, it would be nice if your agents responded to the live chat you suggest. I've been "connected" to two different agents, but neither of them respond to any messages. Kind of a bad experience, don't you think?

@feedinghand @FreedomMobile its true I’ve been granted so many additions even tho we literally went in and got our phones TOGETHER, same day same time same deal. still garbage overall tho i cant wait for us to be free of this in december

@freedomsupport I disabled auto connect every time I see it connected to it for the last couple of years. Then I’m out walking again & BOOM reconnected to it. I also tried to forget the Shaw connection & no luck. Online research says it’s a known issue, but I can’t find a way to solve it myself.

@freedomsupport I'm currently in Berkeley California and my data just stopped working all together. Is there an outage for US roaming? It's been this way since around 11pm pacific at least
