Hey @freedomsupport @FreedomMobile My account +1 226 5078470 is billed Incorrectly. Payment deducted from my credit card automatically. While talking with Support They said Your refund is processed and you will get back within 5 working days. It's been 10 days but no resolution.

@freedomsupport relay to your superiors that we are approaching 2023 & customers are waiting for a full 5G roll out plan or announcement, in addition we need more service towers in the GTA. Weak signal strength is plaguing Etobicoke. Thanks.

@freedomsupport @FreedomMobile Now when I try to call customer Care, they keep disconnecting my call after sometime automatically. I visited the Freedom store Fairway Mall Kitchener , They said we cannot do anything , it's a billing issue only handled by customer care service.

@FreedomMobile so I owed freedom and paid my bill in full on the 7th of December and @FreedomMobile had the audacity to send my information to the credit bureau knowing damn well I don’t owe them, now lily making it seem as if it’s ******* ok how dare you @FreedomMobile
