    @GarminFitness @CounsellorNLond Happy to talk but this isn’t the issue. The problem is that the cycle thing doesn’t/can’t do running inputs (like foot power meters) but arms don’t move so a ‘running’ watch is unsuitable. Basically, frame running is a cross between running and cycling. I’ll dm my email.

    @GarminFitness Did you ever think saying "poor performance" under VO2 max after what I consider a good run is very defeating? Every time I see that it makes me not want to run which translates to not purchasing your products

    @rusto88 @GarminFitness @GarminCycling It is a stuck Down button plus who knows what else. It is going back to Garmin today for some kind of wizardry. Meanwhile I am about to go away on a 3wk work trip with no watch!

    @rusto88 @GarminFitness @GarminCycling There does seem to be an issue with the lower left UP/DOWN buttons, so sticky button sounds like a strong candidate. Right now it's on the home/watch screen so just leaving it there for now. 😬

    @GarminFitness There is an issue faved by users with the recent software update for VivoActive3 which has caused batteries to drain out within hours of charging. Hope @Garmin is aware and taking note of the situation to provide assistance

    @imashleymi @Garmin @GarminFitness Sounds like your previous runs are still stored on the watch, filling the memory. Can you sync with garmin app or PC and offload the run history? I sync my golf watch with Garmin Connect every time I golf. Maybe that’s why I am not getting the same error?

    What's the point of a hr monitor if they don't track your hr? @MYZONEmoves @GarminFitness 2 separate ones. One won't charge the other said **** it.

    For almost 4 months I have been trying to get @Garmin to fix the issues I have with my Forerunner 935. 4 months later and they have not fixed the issue and have not offered a reasonable solution. Terrible customer service #garmin @GarminFitness

    @GarminFitness 2/2, so, my expensive Instinct Solar is really functioning like my old Timex w a GPS. Trouble shooting on the website does nothing to fix the problem. I just can’t trust this device which is sad bc it looks great.

    @GarminFitness after some help please. My Fenix 5 + battery no longer lasts more than 12 hours, less if I do activity. I’ve reset to factory settings, turned HR monitoring off and changed the backlight settings but to no avail.
