@IGClientHelp Tried to call people on help line. Waited 45 mins. No one picked up. Spoke to someone on your IB chat. Who couldn't help. I asked them to arrange for someone to call me. Said no one could help and just email generic email address. How can i speak to a real person at your company?

@IGClientHelp It was all resolved after a little while. Although I think it would have been nice to email your customers as it happened. In the same way that you email for news so that we know it is a general issue you are working on. Just a thought.
