@IGClientHelp I have an order stuck on your system that can not be deleted and my money has been stuck with you for two weeks now. I called your help desk and was told they couldn’t delete it and would raise it with IT. Still the order is there and has not or can not be deleted.

@IGClientHelp Hi, I've submitted my proof of ID & proof of bank, it already says "Thank you we've verified your identity" and "...proof of bank" but it's been a month and my CFD account is still pending. Can you help? The account ID is STPLB.

@IGClientHelp It’s just unacceptable, 1hour 27minutes to get someone to answer the phone. This is one of the reasons I switched to another broker,the service levels are terrible. My query was sorted. I suggest that IG just hire more people to answer the phones it’s not fair on the ones working

@IGClientHelp your ID registration doesn't work. I've tried about 15 times on both Post and ID Now. Also, took time off work to go to bank branch and they won't sign. As an existing customer for 2 years this is an utter disgrace
