@JacobGGLive @playnewworld I also contacted the support service, they didn't do anything with the problem....but I was able to recover my hacked account with the help of @CYBERCR3CK on Instagram .He is legit and trusted.

@playnewworld I'm sorry but this is a terrible launch. Been trying to connect since the servers opened early in the EU morning and every time i get closer in the q , i get disconnected with an error message and my position in the q is reseted.

@playnewworld Aware of login queues? are you aware that after waiting for an hour to go from 728 to 220, we get the mm_loginservices_internalServerErrorException error just to requeue and be placed 1335 in line?

@playnewworld Why did I sit in a queue for almost 3 hours, then once i get to position 100. It boots me out for login failed and i have to requeue and stick me at the back of the line...

@playnewworld Awful experience so far, logged in this morning got to level 11, ended up in a 1300 person queue after being booted, got in....got booted, joined a 1500 person queue..got an error message...now my character has disappeared...not a happy customer.

@playnewworld I got in after 2 hours of waiting and seen 90% of players jumping and running into walls (not playing but keeping their space in the game) while I get it.. I also think this may be part of the problem. Signed out after lunch break and I've been getting a connection error since👎

@playnewworld There is nothing more fun than waiting 2+ hours a second time to see again the ERROR inscription being 11 in the queue ... all servers in EU have 2000+ people in the queue. How am I supposed to get on some server ... FFS

@playnewworld keep getting the error 'mm_loginservices_InternalServerErrorException' whenever I load up the game, and my character has gone missing? I was sat in the queue for over an hour and got kicked off because of this error message.

@Lushton @playnewworld Every launch has issues. Rough, would be full server access with servers crashed and inoperable. Until a company pulls off a seamless launch, I will always expect queue times or down servers. It's. How. PC. Gaming. Goes. Always has been this way.
