Wismic (@blairewismic) reported@playnewworld That's crazy. Especially considering there's quite literally over 2x the active, daily, and peak player-count for this game compared to ESO by Zenimax, without Amazon's infinite money glitch in the back pocket. Major misplay by Amazon.

VERY frustrating for the playerbase

New world would do GREAT as Community hosted content or even as a sub based service as long as it wasn't pay to win. Remove the entire dev team, swap to sub base system. and start rebuilding with a team that gives a ****.

J (@Jesse__Kelley) reported@NWGameStatus @playnewworld Fix the ******* queue every time at 5 it’s goes past 1,000 & sit and wait for 45 min to get in to having your game crash when I fast travel & sit in queue again. Insane how you don’t realize it . Embarrassing!

The game is literally unplayable and no it’s not my connection I have wired gigabit internet 🤦🏻

It’d be the best move for players who kept buying currency when the game was empty and broken. It’s in your hands; if you can’t maintain it, the community can.

Roger Barreto (@rogerbarretto) reported@playnewworld Saddened. After many MMOs, this one really clicked and was very balanced. But 5k DAU won't cover the microtransactions model. Pity it can't sustain; I'd sub for stability. At least the COGS should suffice to keep the service online with some margin.

I'm sure that was the plan since you've removed the game for purchase and are completely shutting the servers down, right? Only right that you do so. Do the right thing, not the profitable one.

You take money as people build up their accounts, then abandon them. Forget @playtlgame - People will quit/avoid that too. Forget future games.
