  @playnewworld For us aussies Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), digital games must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description/promises (e.g., ongoing live-service MMO).If a shutdown makes it unfit/unplayable contrary to what was promised, it's a potential major failure → entitling refund/replacement (overrides "no refund" policies).

  @playnewworld The game is unplayable right now. I've been playing since the new content was released, and in about two hours today I've crashed eight times without making any changes to my computer or game settings. FIX YOUR GAME!

  @playnewworld Will you release the base code and server configs so the community can host custom and private servers? It would be at least the best move for players who stuck around and kept buying in-game currency even when the game was empty and broken.

  @playnewworld the game should remain online. without updates, patchs, fixes anything. maybe gm service's but from volunteers. under staff management. this is why the "stop killing games" started. new world IS a good game. just no one listened to feed back and did anything. (so it felt.)

  @playnewworld I can handle the fact that there are queues on the server and I think it's great the game is popular again, but what I can't deal with is queuing from 6k+ (3+hrs) down to 1st position, only to be sent to the back of the queue!! Please fix this ****!!!!

  @playnewworld Honestly you had a great game, could have kept it going if you adjusted the monetization model. Live service games always have me worried about bug companies just walking away.

  @4ngryBe4ver @playnewworld SG is Singapore. It'll be better for both Aus and Sea players. So ******* annoying to play this game with 150+ ms, meanwhile Aus doesnt have any problem with pings and its soo anoying to play pvp

  @StanKnight0077 @Robovader123 @playnewworld I imagine those players weren’t actually loyal to the game only to trying go engagement farming when they were talking shite about the game. The game had its issues, but for me personally it was a perfect blend of everything I enjoy about an MMO and was really laid back. I’ve never been a min/maxed or hardcore PvP player though and I noticed most people that I saw complaining were hardcore PvP driven and the type to rush through content and then complain there wasn’t any.

  Hey @playnewworld I’m having a lag detected and time out issue with the game. I’m not having issues with anything else on my PC. I’ve restarted the router (I’m on Fiber). I’m hard wired. Verified game files. Game is on a current gen SSD. Updates done. Please help.

  @BrynnBumfuzzle @playnewworld I’ve been playing this game for ages, almost 7k hrs During Season 10, I was a bit late exploring the world because of queue issues. Didn’t even get to try all the content yet, and then out of nowhere AGS goes, “Surprise! This is the final season!” 😑

  @Sensiblelogic06 @S_Berry_82 @playnewworld Again. Player retention was not an issue for the game to operate, as Amazon was fine operating the game with an average of 8-10k for 3-4 years. It's not like they were expected to have 1 MILLION players for 5 years.

  @playnewworld Game was fun at launch (like most mmos), but a copypasted PvP game quickly flipped into a more PvE focused experience ended poorly Last time I logged in, the end game was: Lag from chest to chest in the desert and run the same 3 mythic+ lite dungeons over and over again Also p2w

  @playnewworld That part of steam that we buy a license for the game Works on here more then It shouldnt. I paid for a game that i will not be able to play anymore If i Want to in the Future. And the issue is that its not steam fault. Hope it comes with some lawsuits to this.
