The servers lag when there's a world boss in a zone, the customer support is literally chatgpt, the story was terrible or boring for years, so the endgame progression and collections are the only real reasons it's still going.

This dev team was garbage the entire time. From delayed updates, DLCs not working for hours after launch, focusing on PvP for an entire year, and 2 DLCs in 5 years.

It’d be the best move for players who kept buying currency when the game was empty and broken. It’s in your hands; if you can’t maintain it, the community can.
