Problem is, MMO players generally don't enjoy PVP, and this game was originally made for PvP full loot type gameplay and shifted last minute to theme park. I put around 1k into the game during launch.

RespawnX (@XRespawn1) reported@playnewworld For us aussies Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), digital games must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description/promises (e.g., ongoing live-service MMO).If a shutdown makes it unfit/unplayable contrary to what was promised, it's a potential major failure → entitling refund/replacement (overrides "no refund" policies).

The servers lag when there's a world boss in a zone, the customer support is literally chatgpt, the story was terrible or boring for years, so the endgame progression and collections are the only real reasons it's still going.

Pity it can't sustain; I'd sub for stability. At least the COGS should suffice to keep the service online with some margin.

Please fix this ****!!!!

And, I must say that I certainly got my money's worth, what with the 770+ hours I've invested into the game. It's my cozy game. I enjoy leveling my gathering & crafting skills. Remember that all of the money you spend on these games has a 100% guarantee that when the game inevitably DOES SHUT DOWN... you not only lose your time but ALL of the money you invested in the game. 🤑
