    @LSXYZ9 @playnewworld Its secretly been the best MMO out there. It hit 1M concurrents on launch but was a mess with way too many problems and devs being too slow to fix things so everyone quit and never talked about it again. Recent upates made the game PEAK

    @dev_katyk @playnewworld There appears to be an issue with Easy Anti-Cheat issuing permanent bans without a clear reason. Multiple players have been affected, often receiving a ban message on the main menu after a long period of inactivity. Please Help!

    @playnewworld What happened to a 6 month notice before shutting servers down? Oh the player base dipped from 40k to 500 people, crazy how that happened.

    @playnewworld Take WoW for instance. The servers lag when there's a world boss in a zone, the customer support is literally chatgpt, the story was terrible or boring for years, so the endgame progression and collections are the only real reasons it's still going.

    @YaBoiWiilly @playnewworld We no lifed the game for weeks until it became clear they couldn't fix the unplayable lag in endgame. Never made sense to me that the World PvP was so good but then it's all decided in an INSTANCED zone that didn't work.

    @NyceGamingYT @playnewworld We have to unsubscribe from any Amazon service we have contracted as a form of complaint. And in the reasons section, put closure "New World : Aeternum"

    @Vokun_ @zomeisterr @playnewworld Almost every major service game launched in a poor state and is now in the top 25 on Steam. Destiny, Warframe, Rainbow Six Siege, CSGO, Sea of Thieves, No Man's Sky, Path of Exile, the list goes on and on and on.

    @S_Berry_82 @playnewworld All the content is great! It didnt launch half baked. The issue is that the content did not keep people playing after they finished it. Thats obviously very bad for an MMO

    Amazon is going to pay a long term price for shutting down New World @playnewworld - Not just one game, its a long term broken promise. You take money as people build up their accounts, then abandon them. Forget @playtlgame - People will quit/avoid that too. Forget future games.

    @playnewworld The game is unplayable right now. I've been playing since the new content was released, and in about two hours today I've crashed eight times without making any changes to my computer or game settings. FIX YOUR GAME!

    @RinoTheBouncer @playnewworld And I hope Amazon sells it to someone who can take it over. It had its issues, and there were things I really wanted to see change, but NW has flashes of greatness and there's no reason why this game should go down.

    @playnewworld Seems to be the new trend now with "online service only" games. Remember that all of the money you spend on these games has a 100% guarantee that when the game inevitably DOES SHUT DOWN... you not only lose your time but ALL of the money you invested in the game. 🤑

    @playnewworld Pathetic. Even EQ still has live servers that dedicated players are able to still play on. We now know we can never trust any future products of Amazon Games or their cloud gaming service “Luna”

    I think with the announcement of @playnewworld shutting down i'm in a place where im done sparing peoples feelings around it. New world had technical problems but in the end its community sentenced it to death. I played 1400 hours as a PvE
