  Hey @dev_katyk @playnewworld can you fix the afk kicking in arenas? I can’t even use shooters stance without being kicked for afk. It’s way too aggressive.

  @playnewworld For us aussies Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), digital games must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description/promises (e.g., ongoing live-service MMO).If a shutdown makes it unfit/unplayable contrary to what was promised, it's a potential major failure → entitling refund/replacement (overrides "no refund" policies).

  @DeathMetalV @towelthetank @playnewworld That truth,but what makes ppl really feeling sad about the announcement in last 3season they really fixed things and they added alot of cool things for both pve&pvp but their issues were always the first impression they gave to ppl they never will manage get back the player base

  @playnewworld needs to fix gear. its wild that every single gear piece you get from the Halloween event has Fire Harnessing basically meaning all the gear we get is useless for most players.

I played it myself at launch and i bit my *** that my friends kept me over 2 hours so i couldn't refund on steam...it was just not that good...maybe it changed but...well

  @playnewworld Honestly you had a great game, could have kept it going if you adjusted the monetization model. Live service games always have me worried about bug companies just walking away.

  @StevenJSharif @amazongames @playnewworld New World is my favorite MMO of all time. After the first major updates a lot of launch problems were fixed and it became the best MMO that kept getting better but wasn't given a second chance

  @ShultsyPlays @playnewworld That's not honest, it's jaded. The engine the devs were forced the use was a mess of spaghetti code (which is what caused a significant number of the bugs and issues) and they had Amazon execs stifling every creative choice they wanted to make in the name of maximising profit. Many, many things were mishandled throughout this game's life, and there is a whole lot of things that could and should've been better, but I'll die on the hill that the core dev team - the creatives, vfx artists, etc and the developers, system/mechanics/combat designers etc, were not the issue.

  @playnewworld and @amazongames, I believe I speak for every #NewWorld player when I say, ADD MORE SERVERS AND FIX THE QUEUES! US West is a constant 2k queue ALL DAY. Server Queues on US East are RIDICULOUS. Longest one I was in was 8k for US East Valhalla >_>;... @YaBoiWiilly BRO

  @playnewworld Sell it to someone who can actually fix it. Because this game was incredible at launch and it only got worse for no reason. Give it to someone who can do the job. This is such a shame to see.
