RespawnX (@XRespawn1) reported@playnewworld For us aussies Under Australian Consumer Law (ACL), digital games must be of acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and match their description/promises (e.g., ongoing live-service MMO).If a shutdown makes it unfit/unplayable contrary to what was promised, it's a potential major failure β entitling refund/replacement (overrides "no refund" policies).

Economy and crafting butchered from update, mobs instant spawn and drop 4x 730 Gear 5. Catacombs glitched and can't finish run sometimes Game is broken.

Same leadership except homeboy left. They had 5 years of free reign from Amazon and failed. That's a development problem that led to a corporate problem.

Please fix this ****!!!!

Problem is, MMO players generally don't enjoy PVP, and this game was originally made for PvP full loot type gameplay and shifted last minute to theme park. I put around 1k into the game during launch.
