@playnewworld friends, is there anything i can do if i keep getting disconnected from queue due to an internal error? it has happened 6 times today and im not sure if its something happening on my side (internet is not the issue though, my husband is playing on the next room lol)

@DOPESTSOLDIER @playnewworld Interesting, I got this error having gone from 1600->500 and it put me back at a new queue of 1700. Got to 1400 and it did it again and put me at 1850. Oh well.

@delmontyb @playnewworld Idk about all that (I haven't played but just from what I've seen) but it has to be one of the most successful launches of a game of this size (despite the bitching). Though I played GW2 day one and idr issues either.

@playnewworld Just increase the server capacity , you had no issue processing all the payments you received , and I'm quite sure if you had any issue collecting money from people it would have been corrected immediately .

@playnewworld Can y'all impliment a grace period when people are disconnected from lag? Feels real ****** when you already spent 4 hours waiting to get on to dc 30 minutes later and then get put at the end of the queue.

@playnewworld I feel like working on character transfers would help solve this issue though? You’ve added new worlds, which is great. But players who have already started characters are locked into the old ones.

@Danumis_ @F1N4LL7 @playnewworld If they wanted 2k servers they should have only allowed 2k to sign up on that server. If their servers can’t handle more than 2 k or respawns in game aren’t tuned for it fix it. Saying there’s no need for more capacity is dumb.. more servers isn’t necessary the answer

@playnewworld New servers won't fix the queues. Did you guys do any research into mmos at all other than having a poor excuse for session based beta testers that have ruined every other mmo they tested? MMO guilds run in the 2-300 person bracket. 2000 server caps are laughable.
