@playnewworld 5th queue of >4K ppl, error again. It would be much less frustrating, if we would at least have a normal queue system, when you are not thrown to the very back by common error. I don't even think I will ever reach the end. Solutions for EU - you know the playerbase numbers right

It was a great first day on @playnewworld Amazing experience, being there on the day one and experiencing the rush. Luckily I didn't have to wait long to log on for the first time, sub 100 people queue. And only a single disconnect through the day.

@playnewworld and when I tog to 2k it disconnected again, new queue is 3113. Please fix your Queue problems so you do not loose your spot when this happens.

@playnewworld Give the players a clear list of any restrictions in relation to the server transfer including if their is a limit. Id love to leave my queue hell server and go somewhere else for a week with my lvl 21 until you fix this mess but im not looking to be stuck away.

@playnewworld You really need to get your EU servers straight. 3k+ queue times and somewhere in the middle you get an error and dropped out of the queue because there are too many requests. It's an MMORPG, not an RPG Amazon!

Gone again 3454. Almost an improvement! @playnewworld Shocking tbh, absolutely shocking I'd even suggest you don't give out 1,000's of free game keys to your BIG streamers as you are just compounding your own issues It's like giving free gas when you can't even start a car!

Imagine getting a sponsored stream by @playnewworld and it's just you sat in a queue for 6 hours, then for the game to crash and for you to be sent to the back of the queue. Imagine.

.@playnewworld I think there are issues with Iroko server at least because I am stuck in the queue at the same number and then keep getting booted out due to an exception.

@ElectusMusic @playnewworld myself & friends have tried both and unfortunately it's a gamble every time, earlier I got reset a couple times, and I also got my place in queue again a couple times, yesterday the same problem for 30 mins and i went from 700 to 35 so it's not actually guaranteed sadly

@playnewworld Hey, i paid one year ago for the game you delayed more than 1 entire year to "fix". • It still has bugs • I can even see the code ingame due to bad programming • The login queues aren't normal Customers pay for a service, and that service HAS TO work properly

Lost my internet connection in @playnewworld and, having only played 4 mins after waiting 2 hours to sign in - @amazon decided my “place in queue” could simply not be saved even for a brief moment - now in a 1,000+ queue. This is a terrible launch. I’m not waiting another 2hrs.

@playnewworld please kick players that is afk for more Than 15 minutes so other People actually can play the game. Or fix your que, it is the third time i get kicked out of que when i get from 3000 + number in que to number 1000 i get kicked and need to sit in que again
