@ElectusMusic @playnewworld myself & friends have tried both and unfortunately it's a gamble every time, earlier I got reset a couple times, and I also got my place in queue again a couple times, yesterday the same problem for 30 mins and i went from 700 to 35 so it's not actually guaranteed sadly

@playnewworld and when I tog to 2k it disconnected again, new queue is 3113. Please fix your Queue problems so you do not loose your spot when this happens.

@NugzCorner @playnewworld mate press ok, dont press play again, just leave it a few minutes after pressing ok on the error and it returns you to your position.

@playnewworld Been trying to play since 10:30am BST been in the “Starting Area queue” every single time after an hour or so it has a connection lost error and forced me to re-queue this is getting beyond a joke now.

@playnewworld Give the players a clear list of any restrictions in relation to the server transfer including if their is a limit. Id love to leave my queue hell server and go somewhere else for a week with my lvl 21 until you fix this mess but im not looking to be stuck away.

Gone again 3454. Almost an improvement! @playnewworld Shocking tbh, absolutely shocking I'd even suggest you don't give out 1,000's of free game keys to your BIG streamers as you are just compounding your own issues It's like giving free gas when you can't even start a car!

@playnewworld @dealer_monkey Playable for pc? second day for me that im trying to get in... que.... and then error and have to reque and then error... havnt even got to try it yet and my hours on steam is probably 10-15hours. I guess the refund is not happening now. so pay for game that we cant play. great

@playnewworld Hey, i paid one year ago for the game you delayed more than 1 entire year to "fix". • It still has bugs • I can even see the code ingame due to bad programming • The login queues aren't normal Customers pay for a service, and that service HAS TO work properly

Imagine getting a sponsored stream by @playnewworld and it's just you sat in a queue for 6 hours, then for the game to crash and for you to be sent to the back of the queue. Imagine.

@playnewworld You really need to get your EU servers straight. 3k+ queue times and somewhere in the middle you get an error and dropped out of the queue because there are too many requests. It's an MMORPG, not an RPG Amazon!
