@playnewworld After spending another 1.5hours in "starting area queue" after spending 5 hours in normal queue. I got login error and now in starting area queue again but 2x the size. So far in 3 days I have 28hours play time on steam and about 6 hours actually playing the game. Less than 1/4

@playnewworld 1700 in queue. Get down to 300, get an error. Requeue get position 500, after 2 minutes i get the same error. Requeue 1700 in queue again... Im really trying to play and love your game, but, you are really giving me a hard time. :/

@playnewworld why are there no crash timers currently? Happily playing and then the game decides to crash for unknown reasons and I have to sit in another queue for 3 hours.. 🙃

@playnewworld what's up with the queue? amazon servers hosting Netflix / Samsung / Apple etc.. but can't hold true to their own service I don't get it... what kind of MMORPG using a "dedicated-server like" structure for their servers, sad.

@playnewworld EU - waiting for 3 hour and 100 ppl in queue - ERROR and again at the beginning ... wut? This game is absolutely great ... great queue waiting simulator! ... I was in the game the first day until the server restarted, then just the queue --- how can i refund this waste?

@playnewworld Any plans on addressing queue bugs? Got a login error the first time though this morning. Dropped most of the way through the next time. Now the wait is hours long. Can you confirm waiting after getting a dropped from queue message works, and max time to wait?

@playnewworld the problem is that the people who are in other places are not going to change to start over. It cannot be that we are in queue for hours and without being able to play, take us out of the game😡

@playnewworld Thanks for the opening of new servers yesterday, but that isn't going to solve the problem. I have my character in Bengodi (12 hours queue!!), please either up server capacity or let us migrate characters already, new servers won't help if we can't migrate.

@playnewworld Just approve refunds for the game. This is a total shitshow and adding more servers doesn't solve the problem for those of us wanting to play with friends.

@playnewworld Yeah, I’m done til y’all get the server issue sorted. People have lives and limited free time. The fact this isn’t fixed yet (or was even a problem to begin with) from a company with pockets this deep just utterly takes the wind out of my sails to play at all. #NewWorldMMO

Even the lowest pop servers have hour long queues. Also queues keep crashing. fix the poopy game... @playnewworld @amazongames @amazon

@playnewworld imagine starting a queue at 1800, getting down to 730 after an hour just to get an error code which boots you back to the back of a 2000 person queue. What’s the point?

@playnewworld how about doing something about the queue times in the EU? So far you've only added stuff to places where the waiting times aren't as bad as they are here. The constant errors when you're Qing aren't helping either. Kicks me back 1k or more, every time.

Hey @playnewworld, the fact other players can skin the critters needed for my quest turn in (that I killed alone but didn't run to in time) in PvE mode is actually PvP. I don't want to PvP, fix this.

@playnewworld I attempted playing last night and notice there is a bug to where I cannot add any attributes all of my attributes are strength 140. How can I fix this?
