@playnewworld @jay_handa So had to relog due to UI mess up on new world and now in a queue of 2900 ? seems like you get penalised for problems in game....

@playnewworld I don’t mind having a 3k queue as long as it’s fair… I got kicked 3 times already by some random disconnect. Effectively making me unable to play and have to sit for 6k+ queue summed.. that is unacceptable :(

@playnewworld imagine starting a queue at 1800, getting down to 730 after an hour just to get an error code which boots you back to the back of a 2000 person queue. What’s the point?

@playnewworld Any plans on addressing queue bugs? Got a login error the first time though this morning. Dropped most of the way through the next time. Now the wait is hours long. Can you confirm waiting after getting a dropped from queue message works, and max time to wait?

@playnewworld guys here s the problem: we dont want to move our characters. we have guilds. we have friends. and we dont want to go through a transfer that isnt guaranteed to prevent the long Qs. we are having Qs, crashes in Qs, and frustrated people since launch. FIX IT.

@playnewworld I’ve been in queue for 6 hours today trying log into eh central muspeheim and have been kicked out of queue 4 time last and have been reset to 2718 in queue twice now please fix this cause this is really annoying having to wait 6 hours just to log into the game

@playnewworld Fixing queues probably takes a while which is understandable, but could you release a quick fix that puts us back in queue where we left off when an error appears while queuing ? Frustrating to go from 3000 to 7 in queue to see an error popping last minute...

@playnewworld EU - waiting for 3 hour and 100 ppl in queue - ERROR and again at the beginning ... wut? This game is absolutely great ... great queue waiting simulator! ... I was in the game the first day until the server restarted, then just the queue --- how can i refund this waste?

So @paintycup put me in queue for @playnewworld like 2 hours ago.. I get home from work, 250 in queue... three minutes pass and BOOM Failed to join login queue. Not the usual "Leave it and you will be in queue" ... this is the full dickpunch of a queue kick

@playnewworld what's up with the queue? amazon servers hosting Netflix / Samsung / Apple etc.. but can't hold true to their own service I don't get it... what kind of MMORPG using a "dedicated-server like" structure for their servers, sad.

@playnewworld Freaking Awesome, so impressed with the servers, get to number 121 in the queue and then error, left it alone it reconnected but now 2500 in the queue. Nice way of avoiding the steam 2hr refund policy, make you wait in a queue.

@playnewworld After spending another 1.5hours in "starting area queue" after spending 5 hours in normal queue. I got login error and now in starting area queue again but 2x the size. So far in 3 days I have 28hours play time on steam and about 6 hours actually playing the game. Less than 1/4
