@dabszy @playnewworld keep in mind that the employees had to be up and working at 3am their time. Early morning maintenance helps if there are any problems that arise, they have more time in the day, plus some employees coming in later to fix any later issues.

@Neoopets @playnewworld I have been in IT service management for over 30 years, and this constitutes a failed change implementation (change window exceeded). Patience or otherwise, it is not meeting basic industry standards, nor the professionalism expected of Tier 1 suppliers.

@Kyakarot @playnewworld Man... It's even in all MMO ToS... That's totally normal for an MMO to have downtime for maintenance and extended if there's a problem. If they communicate about it as they should, you won't get a refound, never...

@playnewworld @amazongames Not to mention it literally said 2 day ban but actually ended up being more like a 4 day ban... talk about a completely broken system. You literally just have to report the company that you go to war against 10-15 times and you win the war. Really solid work here guys.

JFC with people using generic terms for poor planning and under estimation

@playnewworld why add a confirmation of canceling your spot in the queue but no crash protections??? I think crash protections are way more important than confirming that you want to drop from the queue...

@playnewworld Good work guys. Can we fix pillar of fire next? Trying to max range cast is impossible while looking from a snakes PoV, its so hard to gauge depth. Maybe tilt the camera to a slight birds eye when activating the ability, or re working the reticle animation/add outline target.
