@playnewworld Yes. But the time between your team reviewing the case, the kid is going to eat the entire ban. And the problem is not only the fact of appealing to the BAN. The problem is not knowing the reason why you have been banned. The reasons or cause cannot be limited to a single word.

@playnewworld @Steam Im experiencing quite alot and high ping spikes since the update...never had this problem really but my internet itself is more then fine. Pretty unplayable at the moment :(

@playnewworld This is actually the best news to get because it means no new problems being added and maybe a chance at the existing problems being fixed. Pretty sure I've crashed the in game report system for bugs with the amount I've logged, let's hope this improves.

@Lecruidant @Stupadasso8 @playnewworld funny thing is at certain times the role pages let you change the rules of each role. But regardless it says the withdrawal limit applies to every role.... They should've finished the game before releasing it. Now they are losing everyone, trying to pump content, and still broken

@bhvDRIFT @playnewworld Game is terrible and terribly broken. End game content is virtually non-existent. This game could have been great however a very loud minority influenced the devs down a different path that left this game wanting in soo many areas.

@playnewworld @Steam Lol. Even after a content release you need to do this to try to up the numbers. Should have listened to the players and delayed the release. Was not ready and still isn’t. Need to do a FFXIV and take down the servers and fix your issues and add actual content.

@playnewworld @Steam Customer support that HELPs players with issues and doesn't just leave thousands of players with unworthy bans in a sea of auto-replies would bring players with thousands of hours back to the game. Why come back if AGS doesn't care about their hard work? Why reinvest?

@josephsherlock0 @playnewworld if i recall correctly that issue was fixed almost immediately and was caused by FPS spiking extremely high numbers in the main menu / login screen due to it not being capped and low load

@DracEssence @playnewworld player drop from 10-30% is normal for ANY new launch game. This game had issues, yes. but was undoubtedly victim of negative influence from content creators. i truly believe anything to the contrary is simply wrong. maybe 90% is an overstatement though. yeah, lol

@bhvDRIFT @FeralForlorn @playnewworld The game has numerus flaws, bugs, and issues and bad design philosophies. It *could* be such a good game, but it's going to take years of building from the ground up. 90%+ of the players didn't quit because of a bandwagon, those millions of people didn't like the game.

@playnewworld Please reset Tempest quest, totally unfair that due to your coding error we do not get the loot from the containers after grinding it at launch. Doing this would only encourage people to grind the new dungeon even more.

@WanderinMisfit @playnewworld @Steam And that right there is the issue. Gamers have gotten lax in our acceptable standards for games. Publishers know this and take advantage. It’s a dead game and those that refuse or just have no standard keep it on life support.

@dougblizz @playnewworld Bruh the game flopped as hard as Anthem. Leveling was the most cut and paste thing ever for quest design. End game progression is the worst out of any MMO I’ve ever seen. Not to mention the major duping issues and just lack of depth for actual design for gameplay

@playnewworld @Steam I feel like In order to get most people back that left, you’d have to fix all the game breaking bugs and gold dupes, add new content so it doesn’t feel like you’re seeing the same 5 mobs and then relaunch the game with all servers being wiped so that it’s equal for everyone again
