@iamnotcj @playnewworld When i went to login at launch there was under 100 on server it said by time i had got name and done char, max 2 mins i joined queue at 3592

@Morpheus2812 @playnewworld What do you mean “learnt nothing from closed beta” 1. You can’t fix “queues” servers have limits and games have limits 2. Initial server load will always be a problem regardless of money, company, infrastructure, etc 3. this is how MMO launches are should not expect anything else

@myesm @playnewworld They tried doing everything they can on there end but the problem is actually to do with Evga messing up the manufacturing of your card only 24 cards were ruined and they replaced them immediately so could happen but extremely unlikely

@playnewworld I did try and login just after 7am BST and managed to create a character, but then I got stuck in 5000 person queue. So much for having a little play before work lol.

@playnewworld Was lvl 12, then the game says Lag Detected, and kicked me out. Now im back in the menu and it says my character is lvl 1 again. I can't check ingame because i'm in 500+ queue again. Bug? Am i still my level?

@playnewworld Game has been refunded. Fix the game freezes and at least give me a error message when games crashes so i can troubleshoot.

I saw some other people having the issue on the beta and was reported in the forum over a month ago where customer support members responded. I have tried many things
