@playnewworld Ive sent World Name, Character Name, screenshots of the issue and NO ONE knows what they are doing! I just need my quests reset. Yellow triangles all over my map but NOTHING in my Journal. Your 'tech support" is a joke. They keep opening tickets. JUST FIX IT!

@playnewworld HELP.... since the patch I'm suddenly unable to fight with sword, the left mouse click just do not work... strangely I can still shoot with the bow.... As I got 2 mice, and they both work well, it's not a hw problem! This patch makes me the game unplayable :( same on recycling

@__Rudeus @playnewworld this happened to us on almost every run. Are you trying to skip killing the pillars? Because once we started killing at least one pillar, the crashing seemed to be a non issue.

@Anundir @playnewworld Software is never that simple. Knowing what weapon, or even which move, isn't necessary going to lead to a fix. New World is a complex system. They probably just added logging to try to follow the rabbit trail of what specific line of code causes this issue.

@VIPLeadbetter @playnewworld I know it might not be the best for you Cass but it does make sense the way it is. With that said Outpost Rush will eventually be enabled once they fix it, so you will have a chance of Mini-War PvP without needing a company for it :)

@playnewworld It's 3rd maintenance and still there is a visual bug on Polish version with 0% stats on perks like luck, etc. That was broken after 1st maintenance.

@playnewworld Hey can you guys shed any light on this I've updated graphics driver windows the lot fired up new world jump into the game them boom 5.6 FPS even dropped graphics to low same problem... I've tried the fixes They have said from online and don't work GPU is RTX 2060

@playnewworld Get your "tech support" together! They have "opened a ticket" several times (for the same 2 issues) and they keep giving me the runaround (2 weeks now) because no one knows what they are doing! Why not just fix the issue?! I cant move on (no quests) RESET THEM!

@playnewworld Please share an update on region transfers - if it's something you'll reconsider. Many players put 50-100 hours of game in the other regions based on your promise of region transfers. It's hard to justify this broken promise and bin the lost time in a wrong region.

@c_h_e_m @playnewworld @AmazonHelp The so called 'tech support' is non existent for this game. Essentially they just talk to you, then tell you they can't do anything and that it can't be escalated to the next highest level. I've had bad customer service treatment before but this is hands down the WORST I've seen
