@playnewworld Now I am regretting buying the game. VERY disappointed in how Amazon (one of the richest companies in the world) can't afford more servers. It's a really nice game as well. Plays very well. But I'm not waiting hours to login.

@playnewworld For what did I paid for the game and all skins & weapon skins when I can't login in on my server or play. I already logged in yesterday to a very new server. Now I can't play again. You do new servers again now and I play AGAIN AND AGAIN new characters? WHA THE ****

@playnewworld Hi there, second day I'm unable to play because of insane queues on EU. I can only play in the evening due to work and I get kicked out of the queue after being in there for 30mins+... I hope you'll have a fix soon or i'm getting a refund.

@playnewworld please kick players that is afk for more Than 15 minutes so other People actually can play the game. Or fix your que, it is the third time i get kicked out of que when i get from 3000 + number in que to number 1000 i get kicked and need to sit in que again

@Ashe67776541 @TheJrHollywood @playnewworld Not when you already have a toon up to 20 and need to play on that server because you’re locked to it. Also how will swapping servers work when you need to be on the same sever as your company and friends? Won’t solve the issue.

@playnewworld And now 3700 in the queue. Do you have any intention of updating us on plans for resolving this? 6 hours waiting. It appears any queue size over 300 means it will crash before I can get in. Can't wait to see how bad this will be on the weekend

@playnewworld Well, this isn't the launch i was expecting from a company such as Amazon. It is extremely frustating purchasing a game and being unable to login until now, after 17h (of queue). Hopefully you can address the servers overload soon.

@Eviscerhate @SuddenRadV2 @playnewworld It’s only a big deal if you choose to make it one… & it then stands to reason that the “wokeness” of a game is only an issue if you choose to let it be. I’ve heard no one else talk about this aspect existing let alone it being an issue.

@playnewworld Og you get Queue error just press OK and DONT press PLAY you Will reenter the original Queue again....i Guess they dont bother telling that

@playnewworld Nice that the game finally launched. Glad it didn't get delayed more, but these queues are insane. I kinda get it for day one, but this is day two. Please give us more information about what you are really doing to fix this. Being aware, isn't really an explanation.

Lost my internet connection in @playnewworld and, having only played 4 mins after waiting 2 hours to sign in - @amazon decided my “place in queue” could simply not be saved even for a brief moment - now in a 1,000+ queue. This is a terrible launch. I’m not waiting another 2hrs.

@playnewworld no error queue? Have spent 8 hours in queues to be kicked for some error or another, to be reset? Have managed to play for maybe 2 hours. Shocking experience so far.
