@playnewworld and by "old" issues I mean a case study on Blizzard maybe or Fortnite launches. All equally bad. That's not normal - * that's crap.* From one of the biggest and richest companies on the planet, yes, I do expect much more. This time maybe into RnD instead of marketing.

@playnewworld you should have worked before to avoid this. Standardizing a large number of logins attempt failures and insane queues as a "normal and acceptable" is completely wrong and unfair to all thos people who invested hours into feedback hoping we'll get to enjoy the exp -not OLD issues

@playnewworld Can we please get an official comment on why High end gaming rig can't even run the game for a few minutes before causing a PC crash/restart? 6800xt GPU / Ryzen 5800x / 16gb RAM / 800W psu my PC restarts even on Server logging screen with capped FPS. Please reply!

@playnewworld i will leave this game because LAG DETECTED, i never play mmorpg with bad server issues like this, queue everytime to join, and kicked out while playing, this is not free mmorpg, but free mmorpg doesn't have server issues, come on amazon, the richest man in the world company!

@playnewworld seems like nothing was learned from all the alphas and betas about the server queue issues. Now after close to 3 hours in queue, cant even refund. New world is making us all suffer

My mind is boggled by the Amazon @playnewworld server issue. Theyve clearly sold more games than they had server spaces so how did they not see a serious issue coming. Also... 2k per server seems very low.

@playnewworld Just incase you aren't aware. The ability to skip the queue/jump queue to reconnect to a server after disconnecting is definitely not working. Waiting over an hour after disconnecting

@playnewworld The main problem is that our Company is playing on Server X, so I can´t just play on the new added server Y. The Possibility of a one-time server switch would be a good solution. We can play, and if the situation is better, we can come over to our friends on server X.

@playnewworld You have done public beta testing for not encountering this kind of issues. Lol :( There is a server cap. You limited it to 2000. Noone is leaving the server and I am waiting for about half hour. Position in que number is not change since :)
