I love @playnewworld and their game. They showed that they really care about the player base and i really appreciate that. I preordered the game but couldnt't play since release. Not cuz of the long queue but because of the server errors. I'm just sad. Guess i gotta fall behind

@Mt2Andres @playnewworld When i get the error message i just click ''OK'' and nothing else. No refresh, not play after. Just wait a little bit and it should put you back into the que position you where in.

@playnewworld started with a queue position of 360. then got kicked with an error so i queued again and came back in Pos 800 when i reached Pos 156 i got kicked again and needed to re-queue and now im back in Position 1820 im trying to join the game since 1:30PM CEST

@playnewworld @dealer_monkey i got kicked out of the server queue now 2 times in 1 hour... first at queue place 347... then got requeued to 1628... now it kicked me out at around 940 and requeued me at 2000.... PLEASE FIX YOUR SERVERS! JESUS!!!.... im wasting hours of my free time for this bs...

@Fiesty_Lass @playnewworld hopefully I can help! When you get the error message. Just click Ok. dont click anything after that. not refresh, not play. Just wait in the char screen and it should put you back into your que position.

@playnewworld Fix your queue times, add more slots in each world or do not release the game at all. There are worlds with literally almost 5000 people in queues and almost every single one has at least 1000 waiting.

@nwaucm @Arkhaniir @playnewworld The thing is it’s not ready. ALL the same issues are there from the beta. And now the server capacity issue. All those people that cried when it was delayed and shouted down anyone that said “ I want it to work on release “ bare some responsibility as well.

@PhinsUncensored @RssBence @playnewworld Currently the lowest pop server in EU has 1590 people in queue (highest is 6713). I've yet to get in today with the login bug kicking me out of line (9 hours waiting on one of the lower pop servers...)

@playnewworld How about increase cap on servers instead of making more? I get there should be a queue for first timers so they don't crash all on starter beaches but 4-5k would be so much better

@playnewworld instead of adding new worlds to Australia, you should focus on fixing the login time on already existing servers on both EU and US...... when you have people doing preorders and not letting them play then you just piss on your costumers.

@playnewworld Hey, When are you planning to address the issue, that after waiting 1-2 hours to login to the game (with roughly 10 spot in the queue per minute) people simply get an error message and have to wait a few more hours just to get the same error message?

@LeviJermaine @playnewworld Got the same here multiple times and started queue at the bottom of the list. @playnewworld should fix this problem at least in that way we can continue from the position that we have before errors!

Can understand that @playnewworld has long waiting queues, it has been active for 2 days, but what I cannot understand is that errors appear during the queue in connections with the servers and you have to return to the queue 3 times, I've been holding 3000 queue 3 times already!

@Trane63 @playnewworld hey when you get the error message, just click OK on it. dont refresh after or click play. just let it sit for a little and it should put you back into your que position! Hope this helps

@lukewestart @Mt2Andres @playnewworld been having the same problem, whats even more frustating is figuring out that this works after refreshing at spot nr 50 and 91, just to wait from nr 1800 again haha. But hopefully it makes life smoother the next couple of days if anything.

@playnewworld Just got a CTD error and had to reenter the queue which is over 2000. So even though I was online just fine, I have to reenter the queue, at least let me log back in after an error.......

I love this game so much but after waiting for 8 hours in Queue then finally getting in. I spawn then the game kicks me out for an error. That is not acceptable. you delayed the game to fix it am sorry but I don't see that. This game went from hero to zero for me. @playnewworld

@playnewworld CAN YOU FIX YOUR DOGSHIT QUEUE'S. I WAITED 8 HOURS TO PLAY AND I CAME BACK TO ERROR. TY IM WAITING ANOTHER 8 HOURS NOW. YOU MADE A GOOD RANDOM GENERATOR OF QUEUE. MY FRIEND STARTED A GAME AND HAD SMALLER QUEUE THEN ME.
