@TechToyTinker @playnewworld This seems to be a general Amazon outage. Not a game issue. Friends of mine who work for Amazon in the warehouses are just chilling at work not doing anything because systems are down. The east coast of the US had major storms last night so that's most likely the issue today

@nunya_john @green_grow_ @playnewworld Either way whether this is server or game based. Look at history the most renowned MMORPG (WoW) in the entirety of the original game was latent with disconnects and server problems. Wasn't until expansion when they even started getting it under control.

@TechToyTinker @playnewworld Shoot I'll be happy with a refund and not coming back to this game, I'm usually pretty patient because I know how mmo's go, however this game has more problems by the day then they have fixes for which makes the game unstable and frankly unenjoyable. 10/10 I would not come back

@playnewworld EU Region is also affected here with skins and marks of fortune missing,so no OTHER REGIONS ARE AFFECTED,Check your forums,and steam many people are having issues here,honestly this is becoming worse and worse.

@playnewworld Servers being down is just a little less populated than when they are up... But Amazon doesn't care. And this is a self inflicted outage since its also Amazon (AWS services). Thank you Amazon for stopping the Tolkien MMO... imagine what a huge waste of IP that would have been!

@playnewworld It appears your issues lie with the authentication server(s). Data corruption? Bad backup? We know there are serious data indexing issues in the game. Randomly using different images than the actual for the item description.

@playnewworld Just as expected People are going to keep saying the same thing as everyone else. Yes they know you can't log in, they know stuff is missing in game, and yes this is an issue that stems beyond New World to all of Amazon. Just have to wait for a fix.

@playnewworld Lack of knowledge or acknowledgment of how bad the issue is. Then they get ridiculed, then comes l ignoring and muting players for voicing frustration. Fixing the issue is secondary to retaliation Mgmt just want results w/o proper business support. Never ending bad cycle.
