@teamwafflesrox @playnewworld That might be your connection, I have been in queues many times and takes hours to get in each time but never encountered this problem once. That still sucks though!

@playnewworld Appreciate you adding more servers as requested.. but its not helping the servers that already exist. The problems are the queues.. People don't want to make new characters, have to grind all over again.. just to possibly have the same problem further down the line.

@playnewworld Need to fire their game producer and realize they need to scale their servers. If they Scale their servers at the same time they add new players the issues will self resolved. I guess logic have abandon some game developers.

@playnewworld New servers will not fix the issue if you can't transfer your existing characters, cap creating characters on overloaded servers, or increase individual server population.

Thanks new world I sit in queue for 2hrs then I try a new dungeon walk out of it and crash I was only on for 20 min! Is there nothing help with crashes @playnewworld I deserve to be pushed through the queue for your game crashing!

@playnewworld The issue is your adding new worlds but no one is going to them. I've been trying to get into the server I started in. But no one wants to start over. It's been 8 hours. Can't even get in. Adding new servers isn't helping

@playnewworld Why do they create a game that cannot be played? Give me back my money! You spend hours waiting in line to be kicked out to the minute and wait again at position 2500 for 4500 to disconnect, since only 2000 are playing at the same time. EXPAND THE SERVERS !!

@playnewworld is promoting a game they cant sustain. They want you to buy the game, lock yourself in a queue and wait for hours to be able to play. At this time they continue to release servers that in less than 48 hours have become full and does nothing to alleviate the issue.

@playnewworld Also to everyone saying that increasing server capacity is going to fix everything, it’s not. More people on a server means more people fighting for loot and spawns. It’s literally only been 2 days so chill out
