@playnewworld Its been almost 10 Hours for EU players now. If you do this once a week be prepared for players to leave the Game. Look for another way to do that, its not working the way you doing it.

@playnewworld *******. Ridicolous. We are now going for 10 hours. And still, no news about how long it's gonna take. I understand having issue, but here the issue is that you guys have NO IDEA how to handle a freaking 100mb hotfix's maintenance. Can't wait for major patches. 🕤

@playnewworld Since I also work in the IT industry (data center), I can understand that something gets out of hand. That it takes longer is not the problem. But we have a target for this kind of problems. To inform the customers about the current status every 30 minutes.

@Kjell_Stigandr @playnewworld As said i understand there are issues but an 8hr maintenance is crazy! When all we get is "we will let you know" at the end of the day it is what it is my main worry is I dont want it to get a bad name for its devs, so im just asking for them to give abit more detail

@playnewworld Why bother updating! U messed it up and ppl are already furious about the untimely, long, and failed maintenances u've been performing. just fix it and don't repeat pls; it'd be a lose-lose situation if u turn off both current and expected ppl b/c of poor maintenance practices.

@playnewworld Why is Europe the problem tho ? Everything else went as calculated which is sadly still 6 hours but EU needs almost 10 hours of maintenance? You told us to wait and after another hour and half u managed to do 1/3rd of servers? I did not want to be a crybaby but u cant be serious.

@playnewworld i got 3 hours per day in workdays and i came frm work 2 hours ago servers down, i have to go to sleep in a hour and servers still down. next time start this **** at 06:00 so if u need 4-5 hours more to fix u still finish your work at 18:00 to 19:00 so we can play

@Mercy___l @playnewworld Its a shame you cant speak like a normal person. if you fail to understand when you have staggered servers and then a staggered patch launch actually reduces issues. I.e if you notice an issue on the AU release then you have time before it goes to others.
