@playnewworld My house still gone and support say "we have many messages about this problem and this bug is our high priority", almost 2 week i'm without house and it's awesome problem in traveling,gathering and other things... You even do not give some compensation for this problems...

This game is ******* fried, been playing all day with no issues then suddenly it’s freezing up and I get booted for suspicious activity.. all I’ve been doing is grinding out trade skills. @playnewworld 🙄

@_TerrorInc @playnewworld I’m at a loss honestly, I have tried everything listed by the dev team to “get it to work” which is funny because **** should work just fine considering every other damn game I run has zero issues on ultra settings.

@bradlee83100513 @playnewworld Only another issue I've had would be when I was leveling my crafting. But like most said you can get it back rather quickly so it wasn't too inconvenient.

@pepechill2 @playnewworld They have solved most of the issues people have had with the hame within a month. People that used obvious exploits and bugs should be banned. People who say “it’s not a exploit if its a big in the game” are dumb.

@2ndTierFan @playnewworld I’m on Eden (very popular) and you can still make a ton of money you just have to sell what people want and need crafting reagents, rawhide, fiber, etc and high end crafted things undercutters are barely a problem and this help fight them since stuff will sell way quicker

@Demonic__Reign @MihaiApalaghie @playnewworld So as someone who has spent decades debugging it takes alot to replicate issues let alone find the tiny slice of code inside of the script that is causing this. Then rewriting it to work without breaking other aspects is even harder. Sry for your luck but be patient.

Hey @playnewworld, whatever "cheating detection" you're doing is totally broken, because it's detecting re-rolls (in order to get the desired appearance and starting area) as cheating and handing out permanent bans.

Honestly? Don’t play @playnewworld right now. Game’s broken on so many levels and people are getting banned for no reason or because other people mass reported them. Play it when it gets fixed. If it doesn’t, you just dodged a bullet.

@VTreskunov @playnewworld I mean considering the game did way better than they expected, and the fact so many people are still playing after a month a long with most bugs and issues being addressed within a month I think they are fine especially for a new and non Korean or extreme fantasy MMO

@playnewworld honestly, you guys flubbed this up pretty bad. you sold a game in beta and I if I could get a refund at this point for the money I spent it still would never make up for all the time I wasted invested in a game that was too broken to play at launch.

@SenpaiRu @playnewworld Same. There is a page in the forums where apparently they are handling it on case by case basis. Thousands of people bugged and cant play, they probably fix one account per 6 hours
