hey @playnewworld instead server pop cap so low maybe increase it instead of spinning up new servers. if they crash then revert changes. would be nothing new to me for an mmo launch. people have friends they want to play with and not wait on a transfer to do so.

My @playnewworld Day 1 experience: Get online at 8 AM into a 2500 ppl queue. Get to play at 11 AM, have a disconnect at 11:30 AM, then sit in various queues for the next half a day. I just got kicked out of position 140 and am now back in position 1500. Tomorrow is another day!

@playnewworld It seems that the month you took after the closed beta in order ti fix this kind of problems was in reality to induce a bigger hype and try to sell more games. This is the kind of message you are sending to the community.

@playnewworld Which ofc, causes alot of issues if allowed, same reason the faction switches aren't allowed to a faction thriving from one dying. Food for thought, and just want clarification to pass.

My experience in @playnewworld so far: Create character, wait in queue behind 1083 other people to log in, finally get logged in and play for a bit, notice titles and achievements are bugged ans only say un-initialized, log out to try to fix, back in queue behing 889 others.

@JackBascom @playnewworld I've been in for over and hour now and I've had no lag or in game issues! it's just the queue time to get into the servers that's long but they've already added close to 20 new servers today alone to combat the wait times!

@playnewworld This will not solve the main issues, which is streamers are a big attraction for players, most players are never going to want to move, the ques will constantly be a problem. Please find an alternative solution, thanks guys.

ok so at 9:30am I jumped in queue to hop on the server with my friends in @playnewworld and was 5300 in queue.... I waited and finally at 4:37pm got to 1 in queue.... then instead of loading me in it said "connection error unable to connect to server" and kicked me back to the MM

@playnewworld The main issue I see with limiting people to a single server is, anyone who is a big time streamer, if/when they join said server, the queue times are going to jump up every time. Most of the streaming platforms have selected a "home" but with them comes thousands of supporters.

Logged out of @playnewworld then decided to check what queue was like by trying to log in 30% bigger than previous login 5 hour queue I just can't commit to a regular stream schedule with this game so I won't I'm sorry If I can get a fast q ill play this, otherwise something else

@playnewworld Though a 2 hour queue time after a crash sucks, this has been a much smoother launch than many other MMO I have played. Seriously need to get these queue times down tho, 2 hours... hopefully it doesn't crash before I get there.

@playnewworld are you aware of an issue where, after logging out and relaunching the game, the world list will not load and your character list will not load? The server list will eventually give a timeout error. Multiple of my friends are having the issue now.

@playnewworld Just has a reasonable thought regarding the server issues. Is there a way that the different server "groups" can allow us to move between them with the same character? So if for example tau servers are all the same and we just log into the ones that have space?

@playnewworld just waited in an 800+ mutli hr queue to get back in after eu restart and just got the connection error and im now in that same queue but 1310+ i've given all these error my positivity in the fact you are aware and fixing but at this point it takes the piss 2k server limit rly
