@playnewworld Irkalla server has had 2500+ queue for the last 3 hours at least, it is impossible to play, would you allow the ability to switch servers until this issue is sorted?

@playnewworld So when the server issues are fixed are we gonna get a hard reset so everyone can have a fair chance in the game? Or are we just gonna have to suffer always being behind those players that didn't have queue and server issues?

@playnewworld May want to fix players literally afk farming xp with macros in plans of the pestilent mission. Literally bunched in a cave with life staffs dropping heals and macro farming xp while they are afk.

@playnewworld Stop giving new players priority ques on Servers like Camelot NAW, it’s a very high pop server. I know someone who has qued as a new player and is moving faster in that que than me, not just that but the game crashed my PC and I had to reque. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!! @playnewworld

I know #NewWorldMMO has some server issues, but can @playnewworld please make a better character customization suite once the game is more stable etc? The facial models for the females and males are atrocious and deformed. I think maybe 2-3 are useable at best.

Sit in queue for 6 hours, get a queue error, restart your queue, never play, repeat. Great game @playnewworld

@playnewworld Increasing cap > New sv. Anyway, pretty sure a lot of people will move to new servers because they don't have great reasons to stay on a server with infinite queues, but it's not the final fix for the problem.

@Scorp1onW1nD @playnewworld Literally person dependant dude. Worked for you. Not for others. Many high end set ups are crashing constantly. Lag despite having a quality connection. Ghost mobs attacking. Random D/C's. A lot of big issues. Many are experiencing a good launch. Many are not.

DOH, created a secondary @playnewworld character this afternoon on a server with no login queue times. Went to log back in (since my original server has a 2700+ person queue) and there's a 1000 person queue now. I'm not complaining. They are working their asses off over there!!

@playnewworld hey I love the game! I just wanted to point out a queue time issue where I was waiting at like 800 in line for a couple hours and my brother came home and got into queue lower than mine at like 200. Hope it can be fixed soon! Good luck y’all!

@playnewworld I wait through a 1500 player queue and 4 hours in I’m 40 players from getting in and a fatal error occurred and my game crashed. Why is there no priority queue for this

@playnewworld It is beyond frustrating that I just waited in queue for nearly 5 hours only to get some error message about my connection. How do you not have some sort of system that prioritizes players who obviously just got removed from a queue and immediately rejoined?

@playnewworld Fix crashes. No one cares too restart. I put in hours and hours on a server and made progress and I'm not replaying that story or grinding 130 logging again....

@playnewworld @Chadesh ...I mean the way to fix this is to temporarily increase the service capacity? Don't penalize people for wanting to stay in-game. If they don't do this, then they risk having to wait 7+ hours to get back in. :(
