Just here to ***** on Twitter @playnewworld . It's tons of fun getting home from work then getting stuck in a 2 hour queue to play your game. It's even more fun when I get out of queue with an error code and it becomes a 5 hour queue.

@playnewworld I waited in a long countdown and finally got to 1 and got an error message… cannot connect to server… I was having no internet issues and appeared to be connected… so in countdown line again… 😢

@takauri25 @Skimatik_Gaming @playnewworld No the problem is the idiots on twitter insist on being on same servers as streamers so long queue is their own doing at this point. There are plenty of servers with no queue right now if they want to play. Their "friends" can join them there with server transfer soon

@DOPESTSOLDIER @playnewworld Interesting, I got this error having gone from 1600->500 and it put me back at a new queue of 1700. Got to 1400 and it did it again and put me at 1850. Oh well.

@playnewworld Just increase the server capacity , you had no issue processing all the payments you received , and I'm quite sure if you had any issue collecting money from people it would have been corrected immediately .

@playnewworld Is there anyway for me to get a server transfer today. I have a level 30 account that I am tired of waiting in a 2000+ queue world to progress on. Been kicked from queue twice and server disconnect from bugs.

can we please fix this issue of getting a disconnection error after waiting in a que for 3 hours. I like many others don't have the time it would take to re-enter into the que for an additional 3 hours or more. please please help us out ... @playnewworld

Some statistics for you, @playnewworld. How much time do you need to log in to the game with 3k queues? 5 hours! And the queue is not a problem. The problem is timeouts, expired and invalid tokens, unavailable servers, and other errors we get during the queue. 1/2 #NewWorld

@playnewworld nothing like being stuck in a queue to get back in your world for almost 2 hours just to have it error out once you are 10th in line. FIX YOUR SERVERS. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.
