@playnewworld It could help with the process refinement and lead to each subsequent regional update being faster. It could also reveal post-patch problems for the regions that come back up while maintenance is going on in a different region, but that part would kinda be a headache. (2/2)

@tripa47 @playnewworld side note: the real point of regional servers is just to reduce latency bc it is a serious problem in pvp. However, since they do have regional servers they should have diff patch times around 2am local for each region. Solve the swarming prob another way.

@playnewworld there no sub to pay, stop the hate, they don't only fix bugs, they prep for transfer/increase max players, wow has sub and took down servers 8h for 9.1.. so calm down.

@playnewworld I can agree with a lot of the suggestions about doing the updates per region rather than all at once (if the infrastructure supports it). Not just for the benefit of regional time-zones, but also for the benefit of isolating issues without all regions being down. (1/2)

@PatrickDJ1994 @playnewworld This is why lemon laws dont apply to software and why games aren't products. Every bug you fix creates more. It sucks, it's my day off I wanna catch up to my friends. But I also want the team to take their time, not feel rushed, and make it quality over quantity.

@playnewworld How about you guys acknowledge (and ideally fix) the fact that expeditions cannot be entered by a large portion of your player base completely breaking story quest progressioin. There are several reports on the forums. not a single acknowledgment.

@playnewworld sorry but i need to wait round about 2-3h each day to login after work cause of the queue and now i need to weit 2h to wait 2-3h in queue so not play a single minute until i need to go to sleep for next days work ? maybe u shoulkd start maintance during night and not afternoon!

@playnewworld Hahaha all the little entitled gamers who want compensating for '7 hour down time to JUST fix bugs'. One of the main issues they're fixing is to do with the servers themselves, so obviously if they've run into some hiccups they don't want to let everyone on if they ain't fixed...

@playnewworld Pls Amazon,would you fix your high ping latency ms issue for EU region server that not everyone lives in EU.Comparing to other mmorpgs I play it is 55ms, the ping ms is too high in New World EU region servers.I am from Turkey and I get +166 ms while I have 200 Mbps internet speed
