@Kestro91 @MikeK33545520 @playnewworld Next time you get any service denied after paying, think the same thing you said. I know it's just a game, but some people want to relax after work day and not read "we're sorry" tweets. It's really a bad look for the game when it's down during prime time..

@playnewworld Sup boys, did the servers fry up or something like that? Huge update I know it needs time to implement a few MBs and fix issues, like last week thankfully 5/10 fixes didn't work back then after 8 hours of maintenance.

@playnewworld Lol well I have a headache so I'm fine with it being down need to do more than fix the few bugs you need to fix the story the plot the game in its current state make no sense the drops are so broken too you can get better items in the world than in the dungeons where your logic

@playnewworld Amazon, I don't want to be annoying. I understand that it is a new game with a lot of bugs that are being addressed. Please stop making updates during the day + focus on bigger bug issues in the game than what you're fixing so far.

@playnewworld #PlayNewWorld Hey, 174 hours in and the flaws are REALLY showing. Bugged weapon skills, broken gems, exploited economies and trade skills and back peddled promises on server transfers. Now guilds and friends are split up unless they abandon all their progress? 👎

@playnewworld Disappointing to see a company as big as Amazon with all their money and resources act like a small-time company with these issues... The setbacks during beta, the bad/no communication... and again this week with doing maintenance at absurd hours for EU.

@playnewworld Let's go for 8 hours!🎊 I understand having some issue for major patch, but for 100mb of small fixes? For real? 8 hours? Fraking insane for a company like that, to work this bad. I get it, it's the first mmo you are dealing with, but ffs. That's too much.

@playnewworld EIGHT hours downtime when you said 5 TWO hours after US West servers went up. It's EU prime time right now and server are still down! Very bad service!

@MarcelvMartins @SUBZEROMMO @playnewworld They don't take the server down AND THEN work on fixing bugs.. I mean that would just be stupid. They make Mr bug go away before deploying the build to everyone world wide.. lol. If they have encountered issues with the build on their server, then that is just poor testing imo.

@playnewworld Why can't you let us know a day in advance that you plan on having the servers down for a full day in the EU? Is it so hard to get someone on our timezone to post news? Maybe a known bug list? I'm pretty sure I'll still have the abandoning event and compass bug after I log in...

@playnewworld 10holurs of maintenance for deploy fix who does fix anything... ! GOOD JOB ! No french trad fix, no pvp rewards fix ! no roll cancel fix ! no hl content (corrupted portal 55/65) fix ! No hl quest fix (50% of hl quest 58-60 bug with unusable item interraction/spawn mob) !

@playnewworld Im looking at the notes and its good we getting some stuff fixed but i feel like there bigger issues like for ex. the compass will glitch and don't show anything, the abandon quest banner stays on screen, the screen will go black and i have to open my inventory so it fix, etc..🙁

@EvilScotsman0 @Nathan51538005 @playnewworld That is simply not true. We could download the patch hours ago, we could start the game hours ago. This isn't a Steam issue. This is the Amazon servers causing the issue. If it was Steam or Patch related, how come all regions are playing except EU?

@wattestok @playnewworld The only problem is that they mentioned that maintenance times will be held during the night globally.. not during the day. From what I've seen on AUS servers they get it in the prime time.. ofc it's annoying

@angibacsi @playnewworld In the past update they stated they fixed it "Abandoning event" message by removing it. And after that patch, I started to see a timer on the message when I'd go to the portals. However, still getting the glitch.
