@playnewworld Woke up early for this?? People who are NEW trying to get into the server are getting IN but people who have already been in the game and got kicked because a game crash have to wait more time?? What a waste of a game. Expected more from @amazon and @playnewworld. Very SAD

@playnewworld you should have worked before to avoid this. Standardizing a large number of logins attempt failures and insane queues as a "normal and acceptable" is completely wrong and unfair to all thos people who invested hours into feedback hoping we'll get to enjoy the exp -not OLD issues

@playnewworld Didn't have a single issue when playing on launch, queue lasted a few mins at most. Only stopped playing after over 5hrs because I had to come to work. Been great so far

@playnewworld The main problem is that our Company is playing on Server X, so I can´t just play on the new added server Y. The Possibility of a one-time server switch would be a good solution. We can play, and if the situation is better, we can come over to our friends on server X.

@playnewworld What solution is create more servers? The half of the guild is playing in X server and should I go other server? People will keep on servers qeue because the guild is in the server. Bad address of the issues.

@playnewworld Some people already waited over half of the day. You may want to add some features to transfer chars over servers. That would resolve many of the capacity problems that are there at the moment. I mean you would need to have that due to merging instances together.

@playnewworld when will it be no more queues ? 4 of us selected an extremely low pop nobody's server and waiting in queue for over an hour. only to get disconnected by login service exception error. How to make our mark if we cant actually get in the game ?

@playnewworld Up to 20k queues in EU, with lowest being 500. People paid to play, not to wait with ridiculous queues. The sad part is, people who wish to try the game and return if not satisfied will not even be able to do so since its impossible to login within 2 hours. Sad and disappointing.

@playnewworld Yeah, I really appreciate logging in, starting in queue at 5300, staying in queue for 2.5 hours only to be knocked out by a “connection error” and now, logging back in, I am at 24766. So far, ya’ll have completely boned a launch day you’ve had years to prepare for.
