@playnewworld @Novaritm Banned for keeping the walk button pushed down so they dont have to log out and wait 3 hours + to ger back in...??? All because they need to go take a Bio Break...? That is preposterous... fix your servers... dont just wave the BanHammer around... Horrible Customer Service

@playnewworld Very good, do you know if someone else is having problems with the FPS? I have what is recommended according to Steam to play, but even so, I am with FPS drops every two by three and it is impossible for me to play ... Do you know if there is any problem related to this? Thanks!

@playnewworld Please fix your game. Had 3 crashes just today, I spend almost 4 hours a day in queue and my character is too high level to make a new one. Can't even ask for a refund cause I spend the 2 hours in a queue.

@Nkiriii @playnewworld @Lifeisgugu1 Sorry for the tone but I'm super upset because of how much was lost and I do not like this decreasing standard of customer service. It is unrealistic to expect players to have evidence of all times when they can't know when to expect a debilitating bug.

@playnewworld If you dont fix this queue problem (4 hours waiting) your playerbase will drop very fast very soon and you wont be able to recover.

@LemmyBravo @FelixZander1996 @playnewworld The server cap is the one preventing you from playing, which is something you’re failing to understand. But if you want to keep acting like we’re the problem, that’s fine. We’re the ones in the server playing the game lol

@Syverge_ @playnewworld I know what you mean heh. Yeah people spending 3-4 hours in login queues and then it "fails to connect" at position 1 and kicks them right back to number 1500+ in line. It's a pretty bad launch. It's worse now than it was in beta.

@playnewworld Can we get a tweet ok why Zara in AUS servers has had "lag detected" 4 times today and booted almost 500 people every time. Surely Amazon, with all your server space can figure a solution.

@M1nKsTeR @playnewworld Think about it, you queue up for 6 hours to get into the game, are you gonna quit because you need to leave for half an hour to make food? I’m not saying they aren’t part of the problem, what I’m saying is you can’t really blame them. They exist out of necessity.

@playnewworld I realize queue times have some much deserved priority but can we fix the compass bug? If a player in a group enters and expedition at the end of the expidition we are seeing 20% of the time the compass will stop tracking anything including pinned quests and resources

@playnewworld Amazon has to increase the server cap or at least have better macro detection. Half of the people on my server are afk jumping, running or attacking a wall. The queue is insane. Pls fix

@playnewworld The login queue should have persistence (meaning you could exit the game and return after awhile after to see in which position you are). Also, if the game crashes, there should be a grace period to log back in where the player is put at the front of the queue.

@playnewworld 45 hour avarage wait time on Annwyn server, no one leaves the game, you can see tons of people walking towards to walls. Can you guys at least add a captcha or something else for these afk people problem? It will be more fair, thanks

@playnewworld @playnewworld unfortunately we can not play it because our characters are bugged. We can log in the server but we can't move , can't use recall or use inventory. Only global chat works. This issue needs to be fixed. We CAN'T play 😫

well i got thr game 2 days ago and installed it but whenever i try to open it it closes on me before even getting to the first screen, i have 34 minutes played on steam which is a combination of the minutes the game opens up and crash on me. I NEED HELP OR A REFUND @playnewworld

@addohm_invest @JeffBezos @playnewworld the game has bad optimization and it doesnt matter what computer you have. You will never get 100+ fps in towns. GW2 has these problems too. I get 144fps at some places outside town but only about 60-70 fps in towns
