@playnewworld I try to play on european servers since last Tuesday, no chance. If you guys would simply setup more servers for Europe, this problem with afk timer subversions would not even excist. And now you waste time with punishing players who want to play instead.. really great!

The team at @playnewworld really, really need to implement some kind of queue skip if you load the game immediately after a crash. I get to play maybe 2 hours a day before a crash means I’m in a 1500 queue and can’t get in again.

@playnewworld Just give people free server transfer and lower the afk kick time to about 30 minutes. Other than that don’t change anything. This issue should go away organically if you give players the option to move away from the overpopulated servers. (1/2)

@playnewworld There are no EU servers without queu,at this current time, so your plan about transfers is invalid. Fix it, dont wait for players leaving to claim a fix.

@playnewworld This is either a joke scare tactic, or the dev team is way out of the loop on what the real issues are. these actions will hurt regular players not afk, and it will not affect physical subversion only macros and ahk scripts. Please listen to your player base before it's gone.

@playnewworld FAKE QUEUE numbers!! whose genius idea was that to improve company's image ? showing lower numbers in queue wont solve the problem and gamers are not your average customers that can be fooled easily. lol !

@playnewworld game keeps freezing out of nowhere and either it somehow recovers or it crash and have to wait in line again so frustrating. I tried reinstalling , updating my drivers and even moved it to my SSD and it still freezes from time to time . Please fix

@SonicSoFast @playnewworld Hey, I didn't set the timer limit. AFK timers aren't exclusive to this game. The problem is a lot of these wall runners are AFK for hours and it's unfair on people that want to play.

@asavah_ @playnewworld Not incompetent. There are SO MANY servers that have ZERO players in queue and which you can join instantly. The issue is that everyone is only selecting the same 3-4 servers, creating massive queue times.

@playnewworld don't get me wrong there should be an afk timer but don't act like we doing it to be ******** etc. Simple; people did not want to wait in queues so they did not leave; more servers = fewer queues, day one this should have been, hate when players get the blame for your issues!

@playnewworld Hey, just curious but this is now the 3rd time I had to go through a 2k+ queue after having my game freeze on me. This is super frustrating since I‘ve been spending more time in queue than actually playing. Are you guys considering a 2-3min disconnect grace period?

@playnewworld so there is the issue of server transfer not being a thing wich is coming im sure.... i think the only bad thing about this feature is that servers stay greyed out even if they are not full..... i cant join a large group of friends due to there server being locked... ChangesSoon?

@playnewworld People who keep commenting fix your servers and increase capacity, its not a tech issue its a game design situation. Its a single instance designed to have 2k people running around not 10k. Its not going to change. Transfers are the only fix. Know what you’re complaining about.

@playnewworld This game is the most basic casual **** show of an mmorpg I've ever seen in my life. Sure it hit all the marks but as simply as possible. The server issues are a joke, the unbalanced as all hell pvp is a joke and that's 90% of the damn game. Pathetic.
