@playnewworld Shouldn’t be asked to be patient or to wait for transfers. We paid for a complete game and they knew this was an issue. They had over a million pre-orders and only opened with 183 servers that have a 2k player cap. Do the math. They knew they were short. We’ve gotten no apology

@playnewworld This is the wrong response, good way to lose players. Fix queues by expanding servers, blocking,creation, allowing xfers- not punish players who don't want a 4 hour wait to play the game.

@playnewworld I find it absurd that still to play I have to remain in queue after I have changed servers and created a character I can no longer go forward to the queue when you solve this problem? I would like to play the money you took

@playnewworld Honestly fix your servers first, say there is a war in a hour or two and the que to get back in the server is 4 hours afkin makes sense

@playnewworld *pushes server transfers till next week even tho they encouraged people to play on random servers instead of with friends* *proceeds to spend time fixing and "issue" that the small server caps and no transfers created*

@playnewworld Expand Your servers. 2k capacity in 2021??? Like what? Fix your **** then start blaming us for trying to stay logged in. I am also tired of having the game opened for 15hrs a day because I have some real life stuff to do. I wish I could just log out and log in anytime 🙃

@playnewworld I think disabling character creation before transfers just causes problems with friend group coordination. Do I tell my friend to level alone on another server and hope the free transfers allows him to come to our server, or do we all risk moving to a potentially dead server?

Dear @playnewworld your game is great, but how do you not have DC/Error protection already, queued for over 2 hours, was almost in, to get back into an even longer queue because the queue just dissapeared for no reason…

@playnewworld Today day is brilliant. I was waiting 5 hours in queue. When it was "my turn" to enter the world I got fatal error of application and game close... When I launch the game again I have 2k people in front of me :) Cheers and have a great evening.

@playnewworld Any idea when we are gonna get a fix for the spawn rates? some open world bosses spawn once a year and for example the mobs are fort ramos spawn even before you can clear a few mobs.

@playnewworld The problem here is that even if you wait 4h to join the server, during the joining, game sometimes crashed to Windows without any error and you need to wait 4 hours again in queue. This is ridicules. Already happened 2 times to me. I'm not surprised that people do what they do.

@R6_AueR @playnewworld My dude, server capacity is ******* by individuals evading AFK all day. Even if they increase capacity, these Chads would all log in before work to auto run against a wall until they get home. The man problem is this.

@SinfullySweet83 @playnewworld First of, auto run doesnt work to do that. People use auto clicker, that makes mouse inputs etc. The queues are because people do this. So people rarely log out. So what they do know will fix it
