@Skimatik_Gaming @playnewworld problem is the majority of the players (those on twitter) being made is because they can't get into game. They have taken the money from them and said "ha have fun in a queue" They knew the game would be big and didn't have enough servers, which is just bad management.

@KwokWopper @playnewworld If you get the connection error, just press it so it goes away and wait. You'll be put back in queue and retain your position.

@playnewworld How about increasing the server size? 2000 people per server is very low especially considering a majority of these people may not login after the second or fourth week. The last thing you want to do is merge servers within your first year

@playnewworld Can we sort out one of the connection errors. I joined the eu queue and was waiting for 2 hours. Then got kicked from the queue and out back in at 2000+ position.....

@zeebski @playnewworld I mean in a sense of only a couple people queuing sure. We are talking about hundreds of thousands of people queuing through their login portal. I'm sure that is the more logical reason. You aren't getting a response from the server so it throws a connection failed.

@Yuchirat @playnewworld Yesterday after three hours of queuing I was able to enter and twenty minutes later I was disconnected due to an error in the game. Let's not invoke bad luck again...

@playnewworld Hey @playnewworld Is it possible to have it so when you disconnect due to reasons beyond your control that our characters are reserved in game for at least 3 mins? It sucks internet dropping for 30 seconds and having to wait in 1300 queue

@Aye_BZ20 @playnewworld Folks walked everywhere in beta, we did just fine. There are no mechanics in the game for mounts and the terrain is really not designed for them. It would be a major overhaul to design. I would prefer they focus on the connectivity and queue issues right now.

@playnewworld Could we get some more information on whats being done about the "You are queuing for a starting area"? I have been stuck here for a long time and other players have had the same issue and even some sitting at position 1 for hours and not logging in because of the priority system

@playnewworld Appriciate the updates. Will you please also take into consideration, that if game crashes/pc crashes etc. that you atleast have a reserved spot for 5 min etc. I've dc'ed twice due to "Fatal Crash" from the game, and its NOT fun to rejoin the queue with 3k infront of you...

@playnewworld If your below level 20 you could start again. Doesn't take long. If your in large companies split yourselves up in to small groups and join other servers. You may not be lots of you but some of you until they let server transfer happens. They definitely know there is an issue.

If you get an error when queueing into #PlayNewWorld... Click the OK button... but... DO NOT click the PLAY button when the error has disappeared. It will automatically add you back into the queue at your position if you just leave it.
