@playnewworld Stop crying… and no I’m not defending Amazon….. I sat in a que the 1st day for 2 hours, then I did some research. I saw they opened up a ton of new servers. So I joined a low pop one and I’ll transfer my character when this all gets figured out No issues here. Wonderful game!

@Pakosni1 @playnewworld After reaching number 1, the game loaded it never got me into town before it crashed, could the problem be the town? The queue just doubled, another 760 people before me to find out, stay tuned! >.<

@playnewworld Im happy to see communication from you, you should also look at the stability when queuing, errors, crashes, that the game closes without throwing an error, that is also a problem

@playnewworld You must fix these issues.Igot dc'ed today for literally 30 seconds and now in order to reconnect - i have to wait in queue(1400 position).Other times the quests, auto run, map bugs out and is unusable, in order to fix it and play the game you must restart.And wait in q again:)..

@playnewworld Iam getting on my server np but after 5min it say you cant play any longer because of lag and i have 13ms like what its going like that since yesterday on lunch day it worked fine for me

@AGENT47MoMi @playnewworld I know I'm not the people you want to reach. I had this error. I verified my game, fully shut down steam, restarted PC, opened steam verified again, shut down steam fully and restarted steam... it was gone. Not sure what helped but I did all that.

@Koth_Remulak @playnewworld Which error are you getting? Are you getting the mm_toomanyrequests while you're queueing? If so, just click OK then leave it, DON'T PRESS PLAY AGAIN. After a 30 seconds or so, it should put you back in the queue at your previous position.

@TheNeighSayer @playnewworld You literally just need to click ok when the error comes up and leave it for ten seconds and it puts you back into the queue at the place you left....

@TheMenmaro @Cyael @playnewworld Yup, doing any quests where you have to kill x number of mobs is nuts at the moment with the number of people doing it at the same time. Not to mention finding resources. I feel like upping the player cap abates the queue problem a little, while completely upsetting gameplay.

@playnewworld Wait you dont have the ability to transfer characters already? that is a basic function of a mmo backend. But anyhow more servers does not fix the issue of making a character and then the next not being able to use it.

@playnewworld @Chadesh It's not allowed but your servers are the fault. We don't need to go to these measures to ensure we can play the game in our free time and then possibly get penalised for it?? Fix your crap then maybe you won't have to address this

@leeparkinson3 @playnewworld It’ll get better I’m sure. First few days have been pretty rough. Problem is, once you join a server you can’t move your character off it onto a different server so if your server is full you’ve no choice but to wait.

@Steadyhand0 @Aztecross @playnewworld I get that it’s a bottleneck/gateway issue and not always server capacity…ie not enough lanes to get people through…then issues with game services, engines, etc. Someone will figure it out…guessing the investment isn’t worth it given it only happens during launches and DLCs
