@playnewworld i cant even play cause u got a 2k player cap on a server with 8k+ waiting to get in. and i cant change server randomly either cause you cant play with other servers and cant see what the server is about. a first time game dev could see this be a problem.

@playnewworld Can we have a GM check all the servers for AFK people auto running / macro running into walls to avoid the AFK kick as i've been in queue for 4 hours after a bug that required me to restart the game to fix it.

So a medium pop @playnewworld server has a 20k que.. just how big are these servers if medium pop has a massive que. Medium should mean tons of room left with zero que times, a high pop server should have que times. Me thinks #NewWorldMMO servers are tiny, fix your **** @amazon

@Broccoligeist @playnewworld I've been present for the launch of literally every single huge MMO after Vanilla WoW, I am aware that launches aren't smooth, but having people disconnect from queues, resetting servers once you're in after waiting for hours so you just wait more is never ok!

@playnewworld The worst thing about this situation is the missing communication from amazon games. what is the plan? what do we have to expect? you fix the serverpop? do you add more mirrorservers and merge them later? do you add only fresh servers? what are you doing? inform the people!
