@playnewworld Help me understand. I've been in queue to play for 6 hours (not even halfway through). Is there two different queues for each server? i.e. New Player vs. Return Player? Because this is ridiculous. @Outriders with all their launch login issues did better than this.

@turgay_batu @pencil_fox @playnewworld I am just as unhappy about this as everyone else, but I am not sitting in a 15000+ queue. At that point you either find a server with a shorter queue or you simply don't play until they fix the issue.

@Uhtred1234 @playnewworld @Diablo Server capacity will always be an issue with new MMO's. It's not a game breaking bug. I played the first hour just fine before I went to sleep. My buddies are still on since 8AM EST. No game breaking bugs like the original comment says

Well @playnewworld you're evil Queue monster defeated me. Waiting for over 6 hours to play and still being thousands away from joining is rough. At this rate, the server I want to join won't be playable for several weeks. Hope you have a fix in the works cuz this kinda sucks.

@playnewworld Charging £40 For A Game. Just To Sit In A Queue For Hours. At Least Make It Available Till You Sort Server Issues Out To Be Able To Sync Characters To Different Servers. Everyone Having To Queue Just To Be Able To Play On A Friends Server.

Login issues aside, not a moment of lag once while in around 6hrs of time on @playnewworld still any online game launching in 2021 should have more servers active. It shouldn't seem like a surprise that hundreds of thousands of people want to play your game
