@playnewworld Just fix this man. You have 500k people trying to play your game with at least 60-70% of them in queues... You had the pre order numbers, you knew this was going to happen. Why let it happen in the first place? Cmon New World... Do better.

@playnewworld Offer an opportunity to switch servers.. So you're rewarding everyone swarming to EU servers to play instead of region-locking your servers for a staggered launch. Neato. Also, I waited in queue for 6 hours, only for it to tell me "Failed to join login queue." Superb launch!

@playnewworld What about if those servers are in diff regions? i.e. play on a low pop server in a different region, are we then able to port out characters back to say EU once the issues have settled?

@playnewworld Pretty solid launch so far but not gunna lie having your game crash and it throwing you into the queue is pretty horrible.

@playnewworld There's a Big problem with controllers and trying to use the mouse for inventory and menu options. As soon as we touch the mouse the bindings automatically change and you are stuck that way. It doesn't register both controller and mouse and keyboard like it did in beta and alpha

@playnewworld This is crazy. I got down to 25 on the new player login and the ln got a connection error. I was in the queue for 4 hours now when I got back in I am at 3749. You guys need to fix these issues as soon as possible or you are gonna hate the feedback your gonna get!!!

@BeLowAvJoe @MertUyarer @playnewworld That's not the point. The point is, this should not have happened in the first place. They acted like they didnt see the amount of pre orders... It was an easy fix and to have a very good launch... But they didn't and pulled this crap. I payed to play, not sit in queues.

@playnewworld The game is crashing in some computers since the open beta! DAMN FIX THIS The game crashes and i can hear normally the discord sound, but i need to shutdown the pc by the power button. SINCE OPEN BETA. I saw a lot of posts in forum about the same issue...

@g_mackin_ @HoldsworthPeter @playnewworld Got tired of waiting, went for the newest server with 400 population, 0 queue time. After 2,5 hours: LAG DETECTED and I was disconnected. While reconnecting I was 227 in the queue. 1,5 hours later at 97 I got CONNECTION ERROR message, reconnect, 787!!!

@MindofX1 @philou225 @playnewworld This isn't a normal launch. Amazon owns and operates the AWS servers. Incase you didn't know, servers are the things that cause problems like this. Stop just bending over and taking it from billion dollar companies while defending them. Pathetic.

@playnewworld 2 weeks to rectify your colossal misjudgement? first someone should get fired. secondly you should just double the player capacity per server. then when people still queueing, offer them a queue transfer to a lower pop server. fix your ****.
