@Cold96_ @playnewworld Look at a company that does the opposite of the fix it later ideal. FF14 patches come out they WORK. If there was a bug it is not game destroying and it never happens again. Stormblood quest locked people out guess what they added instances to populated zones every expansion now.

@TalesOfLumin @playnewworld Had very poor connectivity from here in Japan as well. It was playable, but janky as heck. PVE is doable as-is but pvp is more or less impossible in the current state. I really hope they fix it.

@W1ckedS1 @playnewworld Can some people read? They just want to polish and fix bugs in the game. They want the some problems gone by the time the game releases. 4 weeks is fine because more delay wouldve gotten to much backlash. 1 month is a lot of time when you have tons of devs.

@allan_law7 @playnewworld I think they need to fix this by making it so that it requires less damage to count as killing them for your quest rather than upping the spawns. Otherwise people can spam them for xp farming and loot at higher levels

@Cold96_ @playnewworld You are in the minority here. They broke your trust? They never promised you anything. A release date has never been a guarantee in the gaming world. Players found more issues then they expected. Ever play WoW? See how their fix it later philosophy has worked out for them?

What makes you think without the beta testers giving feedback is going to allow them to really test & make sure the bugs are gone. What they need to do is an Open Beta for those 31 days and make sure the bugs are fixed.

@SteinDerMann @PaulRizzo504 @playnewworld it is the Studio's responsibility to SET A DATE they can make. IT is called Time Management. What have their Alpha testers been doing the last 18 months. 31 more days is not going to fix the bugs. They did not even know they needed to place a FPS limiter on the menu screen????

@Cold96_ @playnewworld Shadowbringers dropped with no quests locking anyone out any quest instance that was full would add you to a que and you would eventually get your turn. FF14 is the smoothest mmo I have ever played and problems never return.

@Dan48932540 @playnewworld Its still naive tho to think 4 more weeks is gonna fix everything. And very likely some of the changes they make now can cause new and unexpected bugs if they dont get tested. That again will cause new push backs and delays.

@Renegade_FTW @MsTeamKK @playnewworld -Every shot has to be loaded in unless with one passive you trigger with three headshots. -Another ability is a stance with low reload, but mobs can be in your gun and shots go past. -The reload can glitch and you reload twice -Every skill (-stance) requires reload. -op in pvp?

@playnewworld Bad call, 1 month isn't enough time to fix everything, and you can't make everyone happy. All you are doing is making people look for something else. Luckily Bless Unleashed is coming out, and they havent pushed their date back 100 times

@Cold96_ @playnewworld I never said 4 more weeks would fix it. I never claimed that it will work out. I said that the ideal of fix it later breaks games down and their communities. People dont want to get off work and come home to a new patch and weeks for it to get fixed.

@playnewworld Fix the Combat! People have already covered the ins and outs of what's fundamentally wrong with the lacklustre combat. Sword and shield is by far the worst combat in any MMO I've played. If anything should be focused on. It's this! The rest can be fixed in post as they say

@playnewworld I hope you fix the connectivity issue, where one computer in my house that's made for playing online games can't connect to the server, but a computer used for and dedicated to work with a worse graphics card can connect to servers and play the game at crappy fps.

Also setting a date is very vague because you dont know how many bugs you will find etc. The beta was a test... And 31 days will fix many bugs. How long do you think does it take to fix one?

@ZepGup @playnewworld No bad idea there compadre. Why open a beta that was meant for them to find things to fix. Give them time to work on it and make it fun to play. Im the janitor for the company. Trust me they care about the consumer
