@playnewworld I play EU and I got these errors too. After I re-entered the game, the error disappeared, but I lost all the items that were purchased in the store. I cannot write to Amazon technical support, because I cannot enter - the site gives an error 😡

@playnewworld Yep authentication error each time I try.......... at a loss for words now how much I wanted this to be great and it has let me down..... I hope your plan for 2022 is amazing or this is just another dead game in my steam library..

@playnewworld I don't mind bashing them when they deserve it, but this isn't a New World issue. Its AWS. There have been reports of outages for Disney Plus and Netflix streaming, as well as games like PUBG, League of Legends, and Valorant. Venmo.. Coinbase etc etc..

@playnewworld What I love. Seeing people posting crap about this game. Here is a tip, don't like the game don't play. Now leave the chat and shut up. Let those enjoying the game do so. I love how every MMO has issues at first but NW isn't given the same pass.

@TechToyTinker @playnewworld Not to be rude or anything but this isnt the fault of new world, it is whole amazon that has issues, netflix, disney+ and even league of legends have issues. Try to do more research next time before saying stuff like this. These devs are amazing and people do not realise that.

@playnewworld I understand from national news the problems you face as of this morning...however...your server status shows all worlds are up, they ARE NOT. There has been almost no communication of the problem on normal channels, much less here on Twitter. Do better.
