@BotSollyy @michstuff @playnewworld I agree, they should do seperate downtimes, at night time for both europe and US. But saying 12-17 is "Prime time" in europe is false. I understand there are people not working for different reasons, but the majority of people are working between 12-17.

@playnewworld So no fix for the last Faction rank's max tokens being 25k, when Chest and Weapons cost up to 50k? This has been reported for about 2 weeks now. But we have plenty of other endgame. RIGHT? Like portals? But Azoth staff is broken. Like Outpost Rush? Disabled because it's broken...

@PPAREUS @playnewworld There isn't anything to fix. it's happening because you can use the lower level mats to hand in for XP on board quests it will balance out when people are not farming levels

@Frippetv @playnewworld I mean, they have the resources to avoid this type of issues, if they dont make this resources work is their fault, other servers are open right now so it dsnt make sense for me, is a 5 hour maintenance not a 1 hour little bugfix maintenance, and is bad placed in hour terms to EU

@Dreamstatexy @playnewworld WoW weekly restart are literally 15 minutes... So you talk about things you don't know. We also talk about a company of which the leading product is a cloud service, so they should completely but irreproachable on server downtimes. That's what we're waiting of this game.

@playnewworld so i wonder what ever happened to the 5h maintenance.... this is twice in a row now that it "needed" to extend the down time. How disappointing, you would think that this firm had enough money to hire higher end coders. Even Valheim seems more finished. AAA problems............

@CeresMage @playnewworld I mean many big game take 3-4 hours on weekly maintenance with less servers, look at BDO maintenance it's like 5 hours regular maintenance. I'm not working on it but i think it take time to be sure all 600+ servers work as intended

@Pyr0m4st3r @MikeK33545520 @playnewworld Trying to improve what? Those bug fixes on that patch note never happened to me(250 hrs). They need to fix azoth staff 5, epic 580 gs weapon quest. Endgame players are stuck on 60. I'm doing same things with level 1 players as a 60. That isn't even a bugfix patch and takes 20 hrs

@playnewworld Yea.. Hope you fix the Nvidia issues. Random popins and slow to load textures with a 3080.... Real bad. No sush issues on my friends AMD Radion card. We both got new PCs also so no old crap here.

@playnewworld Why do you guys need a maintenance window of over 6 hours? Genuinely interested. If any other service would go down once a week for over 6 hours, you'd have the sh'tstorm of a lifetime, just saying.

@playnewworld bug fix 6hrs downtime???? US server works are u getting cheaper workers like chimpanzee in eu region?? Game didn't launch globally but maintenance is. Any good reason for it??? i won't stop playing this but if this going to be weekly routine.......

@playnewworld I am intrigued by the company and customer loyalty system you use. You give the worst service to the largest population. And last but not least, the worst time for the European population. If it were badly thought out, I would think that respect for European people does not exist
