@playnewworld So... new issue now... I created a char in Vagon, now my char is gone because Thanos snapped his finger and Vagon vanished so... I LOST my char's name because I can't delete the char and the game is saying that, my name was already taken!

@playnewworld I tried to change my window mode and now my window looks like windows 95. I waited 3.5 hours to just play the game and now I really don't want to restart to fix it. Anything I can do???

@playnewworld You guys saw the issues from the beta, and queue times there, just seem irregular why you guys did not anticipate you would need servers far larger than 2k, you even delayed, just wondering why there was not more preparation.

@BlackShrubberie @playnewworld @benevolentbowd But Casa imagine paying for a product and then not being able to use it. Paying customers have every right to say whatever they want. They had how many years and still cant get it right. Had no problem taking everyone's money though. And I'm sure the cash shop works fine.

@playnewworld Is there any reason why EU is lower priority than US east. When EU is having higher demand? 420K in EU queues (before login server crash) with 31 additional servers 26% increase 124K in US East queues with 67 additional servers 100% increase

@playnewworld Is this a joke? We are having these issues since preview last year and still not fixed! A big % of people can't still do not log in properly, the queue system is really ****** up.

@playnewworld Got home from work at 4pm, queued up, 1300 people in queue. Got to 100th in queue, login servers crash. Re-log 30 mins later and I'm 120th in queue, get to <50 'Can't confirm place in queue' error and game quits. I'm then put back to 1200 queue and its now 9pm. Yay

@TheMissAtomic @playnewworld @Fallout I finished a video while on queue, then when I was like at 200 it gave me an error, back to the end of the line. Maybe I will try to start over in one of the new servers too lol

@playnewworld Just waited 45 Minutes in queue. At 250 it kicked me out of queue with error "unable to join queue". Now I'm in queue spot 1500. Good to see that it was worth waiting for the delayed release ;-)

@playnewworld Why was my character moved from el dorado to Camelot while I was in game? The server started lagging then kicked me to the main screen and that’s when I saw I was now in Camelot.

@playnewworld Once again, very broken hearted and disappointed. Hours after deleting my character that I thought I made in YAMA and clicked YAMA and I was put in ERIDU due to bug or something. You've announced relocation hours too late. This should have been anticipated.
