@playnewworld Holy **** just pack it up at this point. FPS is all over the place. Graphics cards are still getting fried. Tracking skills in compass and well as quest tracking has been broken since closed beta. Or are we just going to ignore all that and fix a emote barrel not showing up?

@Nite_Chandrian @playnewworld What about Blizzard?! Based in California and still manage to take the servers down at 3am to minimise disruption. Don’t forget Amazon are multi-billion dollar company. We aren’t talking indie gaming here. It’s amateur.

@playnewworld Can't believe it. The one day I get to leave from working 63 hours a day in the coal mine the servers are down. I want full refund plus an extra £1,000,000 for every second the game is offline for scheduled maintenance. I can't believe you're trying to solves issues in the game.

@PatrickDJ1994 @playnewworld This is why lemon laws dont apply to software and why games aren't products. Every bug you fix creates more. It sucks, it's my day off I wanna catch up to my friends. But I also want the team to take their time, not feel rushed, and make it quality over quantity.

@playnewworld I can agree with a lot of the suggestions about doing the updates per region rather than all at once (if the infrastructure supports it). Not just for the benefit of regional time-zones, but also for the benefit of isolating issues without all regions being down. (1/2)

@Corran1988 @PatrickDJ1994 @playnewworld Clearly they have competence issues when every single maintenance keeps getting extended for hours upon hours when nothing game changing is being added. We're not programmers, but we can compare with other game developers that have 30 minute maintenances that include much more.

@NeaveNetwork @playnewworld No matter what time they choose, it's peak time for SOMWHERE. They started at 3AM their time. If that is when they are able to implement a fix, so be it. I'm sure a few hours away from your PC won't kill you.

@playnewworld my problem with all this is that except some quality of life fixes, this is all dedicated to kick afks bc they’re scared to log out. Yea i know some fixes here and there but this patch is dedicated to stop players from playing so players can play.

@tripa47 @playnewworld side note: the real point of regional servers is just to reduce latency bc it is a serious problem in pvp. However, since they do have regional servers they should have diff patch times around 2am local for each region. Solve the swarming prob another way.

@playnewworld Pls Amazon,would you fix your high ping latency ms issue for EU region server that not everyone lives in EU.Comparing to other mmorpgs I play it is 55ms, the ping ms is too high in New World EU region servers.I am from Turkey and I get +166 ms while I have 200 Mbps internet speed

@playnewworld Americans commenting on this, forgetting Europe is hours ahead, therefore taking the servers down at it’s higher peaks. Other companies including American ones take servers down early morning (3am) to minimise disruption to players.
