@TechToyTinker @playnewworld Shoot I'll be happy with a refund and not coming back to this game, I'm usually pretty patient because I know how mmo's go, however this game has more problems by the day then they have fixes for which makes the game unstable and frankly unenjoyable. 10/10 I would not come back

@playnewworld I play EU and I got these errors too. After I re-entered the game, the error disappeared, but I lost all the items that were purchased in the store. I cannot write to Amazon technical support, because I cannot enter - the site gives an error 😡

@playnewworld The game is ran by Amazon. You know, the same company that shits on their employees, gives them unrealistic time frames to get projects/orders done, and fires them when they can’t get it done. They don’t have dedicated developers. I enjoy the game but for the love of god. Fix it.

@playnewworld Not just east coast, prompt about login malfunction is present before you pull up realms. So cannot change realms to play on west coast.

@playnewworld I don't mind bashing them when they deserve it, but this isn't a New World issue. Its AWS. There have been reports of outages for Disney Plus and Netflix streaming, as well as games like PUBG, League of Legends, and Valorant. Venmo.. Coinbase etc etc..
