@playnewworld Your Amazon, u sell cloud service with scalability, how is it your servers can't handle the load? The queue times shouldn't be this long. Seems like a miss in load balancing requirements & stress testing. Hope this gets better soon.

@playnewworld Can you please fix your queue system. Its worse than previous betas. I get close to getting into the server the. “Failed connection” and i get out back to the line. Closest i got to being in was position 1 then kicked. Thanks

@playnewworld whole crappy day sitting in the queues until to TOP 80 and suddenly some server conection error apear and lets go all over again. What a lovely experience jsut for 50 bucks :) There is no server with less then 1200 people in queue, just wow. What a launch!

@playnewworld Made it through the queue 200+. Game crashed after 5.5 hrs. Now when making it though queue all the way to front. Game times out at position 1. Makes you go though queue all over again. Just and FYI on server error. Happen to a handful of us in party. Unable to play now.

@playnewworld What the point of queue priority for new players, rn new players stay in queue on overpopulated servers, but if make it reverse, then it should forse new players to change server to another less populated, and let people that played on server earlier to login before new players

@playnewworld I know I am not the only one having issues but this is BullShit.. I got into the game this morning after 2.5 hours waiting, got kicked and now been waiting at position 48 since 10am today. Fix this ****. #pissed #cantplaynewworld #fixyourqueues I WANT TO PLAY!!!

@playnewworld 1st queue = server error after 2 hours, 2nd queue = "failed to configure" error after all the queue and now it is 3rd queue and if it be failed again then i would like to get refund and delete all the amazon accounts. Company who hosts servers cant get enough servers

@playnewworld I logged in right at 8:00 a.m. EST, and I had no issues whatsoever. No queue at all just got right in. So far played for solid 8 hours, taking a little bit of a break, I know that sounds blasphemous doesn't it, lol

@maxrenke @CrazyStiggy @playnewworld Not really, what I saw was 2k player limit on servers, so there is more people in queue than in the game. This is a failure on server size plain and simple. You know the the average purchase numbers. Some servers with queue is one thing all is a failure. Hope they fix quick.
