@playnewworld Please disconnect or ban the people using exploits to stay online when asleep / at work. They're just running into a wall and taking a slot away from people that actually want to play. This is about quarter to half of the online people in EU servers atm.

2 hours in a queue this morning to be disconnected by an error message to rejoin another 3 hour queue to be disconnected at position 200 now back to 4800. Great game @playnewworld The servers are fantastic when your in so why not increase the capacity to accomodate

@playnewworld fix your ******* queue, it's not possible that I stay in queue for 6 hours then the game gives me error and makes me restart the queue, 2nd time I try to join the game in 2 days

@playnewworld Keep getting kicked out of queue. Going down to position 10-50 -> an error occured, go start back in line. Your queue should at least remember someone for 5 minutes...this is riddiculous.

Please @playnewworld let me reenter the waiting queue if I get kicked out. Today I‘ve waited for over 8 hours once again and got kicked out with an error message three seperate times. This is so frustrating.

@playnewworld I know queues are part of the game and especially this one but that doesn’t mean it’s acceptabele to be kicked out of an queue with some kind of error message. I’ve been waiting for an hour and got kicked out. Now it’s twice the people in the queue. This is not okay

@playnewworld @playnewworld could you perhaps open the free character migration asap? New servers does not address the main issue, where people are tied to their starting servers and characters. And making new character on a new server isn't addressing the issue enough, time wasted.

@CuckiTheDucki @playnewworld And multiple servers have crashed, and multiple servers are broken in terms of dungeons, where the bosses can't even be damaged, no grace periods for queue times or to get back in after a DC or Crash is a schoolboy error in terms of MMO launches.

@VengefulMadness @playnewworld It’s 2K for a reason, they’ve already said they’re working on increasing it but to think it could house 20k or 100k at once without severe lag is laughable, the worlds are not layered. Wow Classic seems to be capped at around 10K after they increased and that world is far bigger.

@playnewworld I keep getting kicked out 2-3 times from queue and loosing my rank in the queue, please @PlaynewworldFR at least do something so we could keep our rank in the queue when being disconnect from your hands issues
