@playnewworld game crashed due to bug encounter (weird tree branch in the ground) and threw me back to beginning of queue. need to come up with some sort of dc/crash relief with these queues.

@playnewworld I do experience issues with my Ryzen 5 5600G. It seems to be a Ryzen problem since there are mutliple reports on the same issue while everybldy has some sort of a ryzen cpu which will cause the game to crash and also the pc to reboot.

@playnewworld Hi, I just reconnected to the game as I just got home and my character is not visible, as if it wasnt created and no servers is showing up.. meanwhile my friends is playing atm except 1 that has a connecting problem to even get onto the server

@playnewworld Currently can't connect to any EU servers. I was previously in a queue before being disconnected and now receive two different error messages when trying to connect. Any solution for this?

@playnewworld Thank you? Really? What about ask us for your apologies?? Its outrageous people cannot play because lack of servers after paying for the game. The whole day trying to play and it has been imposible, hours of queues, login error after waiting 3 hrs to get login.... 👎

@playnewworld #PlayNewWorld After waiting 4hrs and to go from 256 to in. The game crashed again... I believe there is an issue with a texture or something. I crashed after a minute and spinning the camera around. All drivers are up-to-date and check file integrity on Steam.

@ShowNwo @playnewworld @Steam needs to figure out the return policy for New World b/c all of us have blown our 2hr limitation just sitting here in a queue to play that will take another 2+. If the inability to get people in, people aren’t gonna keep a game that takes a workday to login to.

@playnewworld Can’t even log onto the game now, before it was 1700 on the queue got down to 400 after 4hrs of wait time then I got kicked now I’m getting some connection/timeout error.
