@playnewworld also there was a massive audio bug when I was playing yesterday. Audio cutting out every 10 seconds, made it almost unplayable. How do you fix this? - After I wait another 2 hours to get in, I don’t wanna be listening to choppy audio 🥲

@playnewworld I love sitting in a 6000 player queue for a couple of hours until there is a CONNECTION ERROR and I go back to position 4000 👍🏻

@playnewworld Well i guess there might be an problem.For guys who say to increase cap limit, well I don't think it might be good idea,game might not be balanced to do that, putting more people on one server might actually cause issues with resources running out. And factions and land ownership

@playnewworld Cant you at least open transfers for people on full servers now... 10 hours of queues isnt good enough. We have many people on our discord, that hasn't even been able to login yet!

@DanielB77531505 @Jig_sup @playnewworld Heard slot of them have been banned, kind of bad on Amazon. If they didn't make it so hard to log in people wouldn't have to macro to stay in.. Hardest content new world has right now is the login screen.

@IMr_Rebel @playnewworld When the error appears, close the PopUp and wait. Don't click on Play again, don't edit your Character, don't close the game... After a few minutes you'll get put back into Queue on the same position you just left.

@playnewworld It's time for what now?? Watch someome who plays 24/7 play cause they are the only ones that can log in. Broken queue that keeps crashing. 10h played on steam and yet been in game for 20 mins. What is this the 5th or so game you fail and close early? Stick to sending stuff..

@Casperite2 @ImKableGaming @playnewworld I can't see that balancing things out. Entire companies would have to take the progress hit and move. The 2k limit is the problem, 3 factions 2 full companies per faction and your already at 1200 ppl.

@playnewworld Can we get a fix for being kicked out of queue? I don't mind waiting, but waiting 3 hours to go from 3000 to 30 and getting kicked for no reason and back to 3000 and another 3h of wait to getting kicked again... Is frustrating...

@playnewworld I've been trying to enter the game on the EU server for exactly 9 hours. It gives an error with 100 people remaining in line. I got day off from work to play the game, but the result is disappointment! A situation that does not suit a big company like Amazon!

@playnewworld Can we fix the issue with people being aloud to run in place to maintain their ability to stay online. I don't think I have to inform you that this increases the wait time for those of us who are kind enough to log off during our down time... How can this be?!

@JonSnaw_1 @ZantyDesigns @playnewworld I waited on a 400 Q just picking the lowest pop server and then played for about a hour and game crashed and at in a 600 Q got in and played 20 minutes to have it crash again. I hope it’s better today as well

@overlord_king @playnewworld So the only issue I've heard for raising the cap is that the world isnt designed for that more than that. It would cause some balance problems for the idea of the game. That being said that should have been thought of way before now.

@playnewworld How will you fix current servers? You let too many people sign up and there will be queues every night if you don’t expand the number of players on each.
