@playnewworld Please improve latency for APAC players. Getting almost 300ms ping in the Philippines. It's annoying when you try to craft / gather ingame and the progress gets cancelled, or your character randomly teleports due to delay issues. #playnewworld

@playnewworld How do expect people do play w friends - not allowing new players to make characters on servers with a high pop creates an entirely new problem. My bf has not been able to make a character despite their being no queue, even now that our company’s server is at MED population.

@OnepegMG @playnewworld I mean after having to queue for like 2-5 hours I don’t blame people. It’s not about the afk people it’s about Amazon sorting their servers so more people can play and less queue times, then people wouldn’t need to afk. Same goes for crashing it wouldn’t be an issue.

@playnewworld @brunopo_ Hi, can you please provide us with an update in regards to the queueing issues? I have been trying to login to my server for over 5 hours now.. I have been position 5 in the queue all day. It's really disappointing that my friends are playing just fine but I can't.

@playnewworld World capacity isn't your issue. It's traffic flowing into login queues that can't handle it. We fixed this after many years of work in WoW, and not being a techy I couldn't tell you how, but you are tackling the problem from the wrong side.

Greaaaat... 3 hour queue to get into @playnewworld play for 30 minutes then get lag detected back to a 1500 queue at peak time.... see you in 5+ hours aternum

@playnewworld it 'detected lag' and tossed me from the game, I could relaunch from main menu, however memory consumption still up high, quit to desktop and immediate relaunch and it dropped to around 20% (from 63% or so) and it was fine for a while.

@playnewworld --> so, now to the question: Can I transfer a char from US to EU when you've gotten the EU-servers down from HIGH +2000 queuing at each and every one? Or are you making the char-transfer within the same region only? /hoping for answer

@playnewworld Good job on your reactions so far. When can we expect a fix to the Delay in Dungeons? With a delay of about 5 seconds it's almost impossible to kill the Endboss without being way overgeared.

@playnewworld Are Amazon and New World devs looking at the already happening issues with the game over using graphics card power and eventually breaking them? There are dozens of posts about it and also complaints. How sure is to play this game still? I am asking as an rtx 30 card owner
