@mangyswain @TechToyTinker @playnewworld I don't constantly ***** about the game lol. It's people like you too blind on what the game could be giving companies that make the game worse praise. Yes they are doing an OK job fixing things, but they break more then they fix. You enjoy the game great but I don't anymore.

@playnewworld When I try to create a support ticket or live chat amazon states to link my steam account again like its lost the connection I reenter my info and hit link and it comes back with a error 500. What Gives.

@playnewworld We are multiple people on EU central servers that have lost our bought skins. IRL money spent and now our skins are gone and store tokens?! Anyone else have this issue?

@ItaAndyOfficial @SL4YYYQU33N @playnewworld The game went from 900k concurrent to less than 100k in a few months. It's bleeding very fast and no reason for people to come back. That's not doing well, they can't even fix it.

@playnewworld Man all the tweets on here are so negative and most seem to not understand that this isn't the New World dev team issue. It's an amazon AWS issue this isn't the only game effected by this, any game or web service using AWS with US-EAST based servers is having issues.

I hope @playnewworld refunding the people that had wars tonight, this is insane. Epic fixed their issue so fast, meanwhile your servers are awful. Refunds be dope.

@playnewworld The dev team can't fix this issue its not in their hands to fix. Its in the AWS networking teams to fix, all they can do is wait and ask internally via tickets with tech support when they think it will be back up. Same as any other company using their services.

@playnewworld Yeah. It said log in error or something and I clicked continue and I had no character. Like, c'mon man! I get problems but not even being able to get in is crazy. I'm glad it isn't sub based right now or I'd be really mad.

@TheRealMopar @Slappy202TV @playnewworld Yeah this isn't a New World problem. It's much larger than that and affecting services significantly more important. That said, the game does go down frequently for "scheduled maintenance" that is either announced 30 mins prior, or sometimes not at all.

I know new games will always have issues and expect issues when they are planning upcoming large updates and server merges. Just give the people more info and updates whats going on. I think thats why most people upset

@Kingkrendo @playnewworld I'm not trying get one up on you just saying that there seems to be a problem now which new world have not addressed yet on the EU servers. You know just to like let us know like they did with the NA East servers. Not gonna cry how long they are off, just want to know they know👍
